As an out-of-towner with a soft spot for dive bars, Deep Ellum seemed like the place to land. But on a Saturday night in December, the streets felt weirdly quiet. Maybe it was the cold, maybe the party packed up and split town. Hard to say. What’s left feels like a jumble of big-box bars and shiny spots trying way too hard.

My wife and I go every year for our anniversary. #7 this year. Hands down in our opinion (and a lot of others😁) the finest hamburger in DFW!! The staff is always on point. Courteous, attentive, and joyful. Simply adore Adair's!!

Delicious food and amazing burgers. I’ve been twice before. I came with sister in law who is 18. They refused us service cuz she was 18 even though we didn’t plan on drinking just eating. They looked like they needed the service. There wasn’t a soul in there. We were excited to eat there too.
