I was in here for an UberEATS delivery and it took way to long. I think they need twice the kitchen and twice the workers because there was a lot of unfulfilled orders on their screen.

I thought this was going to be such a cool concept. Too bad I arrived to be told “someone else must’ve grabbed your food. Sorry” and not offered any solution. They told me to call customer service ? what a stupid customer service model for something that could be so cool. I was offered no refund. No remaking of the food. And literally no other explanation that I purchased food and they gave it to the wrong person.
