Fries were crispy, double smash burger tasted incredible! I'll be back for lunch or dinner!*The breakfast bar was not that great though and definitely over priced. Oatmeal looked like soup, and they had no waffles or pancakes.*

1st night the food was good I had the burger. 2nd night I ordered the NY strip medium rare and it came out way over cooked. I normally would just eat it but it was $43 and I felt like it should be cooked right. I sent it back and it came back a little better but no where close to medium rear. The pics are for the second one. The knife came back with an almost 90 degree bend in it. I just ate the second steak and did not send it back. The beer was good as least.

I paid 22$ for a “Power Grain Bowl” to-go (w/ tax and tip) and this is what I got… There was about 1/4th cup of rice among some spinach/ toppings. Maybe it’s better if you eat there rather than to-go, but this was no more than a side salad that shouldn’t have costed more than 10$. The person I was with got the New York strip which was pretty decent (the only reason this review is more than 1 star) but was missing a side when we opened it.

A very unique Marriott brand, all suite but full service. And let’s talk about service, warmly greeted on arrival. Guest room was spotless and fresh. Nice pool area and a very good gym! The M Club was well stocked and great selection of snacks.

I must say that Kendra Harris was an awesome Hospitality Host for the Marriott. To be a new employee, she was very helpful and attentive to several people’s needs. If someone was having any issues she would fix it or find someone to fix it. This young lady went above and beyond during our entire stay. I would also like to mention Derek, who is always wonderful and also Chef Miles. Thank you guys for an awesome stay.

Unfriendly and incompetent staff. I left something in my room a week ago and they never found my item, also they were really rude, never called me back for a follow up, they lied to me, and made me waste my time. Their staff were not helpful, they would put me on hold for several minutes and even would hang up on me. Worst Marriott staff that I’ve ever seen.

There was a problem with the heater in my room. The temp was set to 80, overnight the room temp went to 64. Why did I rate the stay at excellent? Sara the trainee at the checkout desk made my day! She apologized sincerely and mentioned she would inform the manager. Sara is an excellent representative of Marriott. She has a bright career in serving customers.

I find their apology for the rudeness of one of the managers and his lies disingenuous. The room type I pre-paid for was absolutely available. I discovered that your policy at this location is NOT to honor request of guest book through 3rd parties. And that only certain rooms are even made available to those guest even if the room is pre-paid. In fact I was there 2 weekends in a row and was placed in the SAME exact room both times. The second time there was damage to the room missing lights. Me and my guest were inconvenienced for a no-good reason. They could have told me ahead of time of the intent NOT to honor the reservation, and refunded the cost. I was told that I could cancel and go some place else. OMG!!! I'm STILL irritated by their responses just thinking about it.

A lot of false advertisement and gotcha gotcha with this place. Only positive was the nice room. Overcharge for basically everything and don’t have even the basics like a pool (that they advertise) available. Last min $150 deposit held ($50/ night for whoever long you’re staying) on top of the $350 spent on the room. Not close by anything so you’re forced to Uber everywhere. Pool advertised and was the sole reason I chose this place. One of the main things I was looking forward to coming from a colder climate, for my trip, was being able to swim and then the pool was closed for the season. No where in the property description or on the site, do they mention the pool being seasonal & for them to assume travelers will just assume in a location 70-80 degrees year round on average, that the pool will just be closed, is ridiculous. If I was aware of this, I could’ve selected a property more suited to my needs for my stay, but due to FALSE ADVERTISEMENT & lack of proper disclosure of the amenities available on their part, one of the main things I was looking forward to on vacation & half the reason I came - wasn’t possible. When I could’ve booked anywhere else and got a pool or if going without that as an activity, could’ve opted to stay for a place with a more reasonable budget. The nightly rate for the area is reasonable with amenities but without, it’s highway robbery for an okay room, ok quality hotel, and crappy location.

Upon arriving at this hotel, you will notice that the lobby area is dark and uninviting. The staff never smile. I didn't get that. The rooms are very nice. Very spacious and well laid out. The drapes do not let one ray of sunlight in, which is great when sleeping in off hours. I wish they had a microwave in them. The hot water would become luke warm while showering and then become hot again. I am not sure what the issue there is.

Fine for a one night stay. Friendly staff, convenient shuttle to world trade, and gym good enough. Hotel just dark and weathered. Grabbed a drink at the bar and the bartender was friendly and quick. The market has good snack options too. Overall would say its average to slightly above average.

Hotel Love airport shuttle service is now handled by Lyft. Just call the hotel upon arrival as the hotel then arranges Lyft for you immediately. Exit baggage claim to the "App pick up" spot which is right at the exit. Lyft arrived promptly. Unlike traveler below, we had no issues. And post game -7pm-returned to hotel to pick up our stored luggage(free), and hotel still paid for Lyft to take us from the hotel back to Love Field. Very prompt pick up. Excellent service by Erin K (along her staff) with our room mix up, and hotel went over the top to help us even though they were full! Rooms were nicely redone, bath was like brand new. They even found us a phone charger to borrow! Couch was comfortable bonus. Very quiet. Computers available to print boarding passes. Staff were great! My wife would have loved it but this was a boys trip! Definitely would stay here again.

I booked room for this past Sunday night. The web site states they have an airport shuttle service for Love Field. I arrived and called the hotel questioned why I could not find a shuttle for their hotel, several other brands had gone by. " we don't have a shuttle all we do is order and pay for a Lyft driver. I got the info and went to the site where the sign for app based rides was located. Texted driver I was there he told me to go to another location he couldn't pick me up at the designated shared ride location. Explained the Porter at Love field showed me to site and assured me it was correct location, . Driver yelled at me to LISTEN TO HIM. Called hotel explained problem no offer of help. (would you get in car with strange man who yelled at you??) wound up paying 29 $ for Taxi. I explained the situation to the Front Office manager Coglayan Okamus next AM. Very condescending we only call you a car we are not responsible for their behavior. Explained again your website states airport shuttle. You assume you will get a safe ride with a representative of that Marriott in a well maintained van, not some random man with a car you know nothing about. I asked why they advertised a shuttle "we don't even have a van we can't get enough help. This is the reason for my title false advertising. Should read we will call a random driver we are not responsible for your safe arrival/departure from our property, ride at your own risk. he dismissed me with I will see if I can give you some points. I am Platium Elite for life with Marriott do not need his consolation prize of a few points. No offer to reimburse my 29$ I did accept a Lyft as I had spent my available cash to pay the Taxi

Oh, we come on the ship they call the Mayflower We come on the ship that sailed the moon We come in the age's most uncertain hours And sing an American tune" (Paul Simon) After traveling all day, and seeing there are no restaurants to walk to from the Marriott we decided to have dinner at the hotel. And that's where things get confusing. The house restaurant at the Marriott is Allie's American Grille. Their dining room wasnt open tonight (not sure if that's a one off or a longer Covid thing) but apparently their kitchen was. We sat at the bar in the hotel's Verandah Lounge and ordered our dinner that was cooked in Allie's kitchen. So that's why I'm reviewing our dinner on the Allie's page. We ordered a Chicken BLT and a Cobb Salad. My wife liked her sandwich (the chicken wasnt dried out) and the fries were pretty good. I know because I moocher a few. My Cobb was great. Very fresh lettuce, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles and bacon. They were $17 each which is par for the course at a Marriott Restaurant. So whether we technically ate at Abigail's or the Verandah.. it was a positive experience
