I have l loved this place for years. My go to dish is their Camarones Diablo with a bed of rice & vegetable mix to die for (or at least euphoric). Everything on their menu is fantastic.

I eat lunch from here every week! The tacos and burger are delicious! I’m still trying new items. I highly recommend you visit and enjoy a great meal.

My husband I started eating at Amigo’s a year ago when we moved back to TX from Maine. The sour cream enchiladas are our favorite dish and the best in the Dallas area in our opinion. Management is usually gracious and service excellent. But last night, dining on the patio I had a bad experience. In my individual salsa cup there were 2 blond or grey curly hairs. The first one I pulled out and didn’t wipe on my napkin to verify, thinking it might be vegetable matter. The second one I wiped off, saw it was truly hair and called the waiter. He took the hair and I asked to speak to the manager. She, the manager, didn’t say she’d seen the hair. She said guests sometimes thought the cilantro was hair. She obviously either didn’t believe me or didn’t want to comp a meal or make a way to handle it well. She said the cooks cover their hair. I don’t know what happened to the salsa - maybe a rouge employee did it deliberately? Bottom line. She charged us full price. The 3 wait staff involved all said sorry, whispered so other tables didn’t know or because the manager last night was poor. I don’t think we will go back. Two hair salsa is now stuck in our minds.

Our Sunday School Class, Mosiac's ate at Amigos today, and Jose was our server, who did a Great job. He is very efficient, and was constantly checking our needs. He got the orders right and took care of our 20 + people. Amogos is fortunate to have Jose as your Ambassador and we were fortunate to have him take good care of us. The Mexican food was delicious!

Ever since I ate Mexican food in Mexico Im kinda of picky about Mexican food in the states. So far this place made it into my top three. Taste is delightful. Awesome prices. Clean place. Its a small family owned restaurant, they treat you nicely. I got out of there telling my Bf we’ll eat there everyday! I had street tacos (chicken & trompo) and he had 3 taco plate. Refrito (beans) is tasty and he also complimented the rice. Go try it out!
