The experience could have been way better if one of the employees (the taller lady with short hair) was not absolutely rude. The system in place was casing crowding. The issue was only made worst because the tall lady refused to server me I had to wait for another person to help me because she sent me away. The other lady helped me and let me both see and try the flavors and worked with me craft my "must have" item. The taller lady helped two of the four people in my group but for some reason was completely above helping me. Not sure what I did I only asked if I could see the flavors so I could make an inform decision. Also the cones weren't good and the waffles were being burnt. I think the issue was that the taller lady wasn't willing to help all type of costumes and so her partner had to carry the burden and was spread thin. It's a shame that an establishment suffers for having employees that treat costumers as if they were unwanted.

My husband and I go here when we go to sprinkles cupcakes! It's, honestly, the best Ice cream you can ever get anywhere! The chocolate hazelnut flavor is just so amazing! Their cherry flavor is too good to be true. Husband got 3 different sorbets last time, and wowza! Flavors are so vibrant, real, and just downright cravable! ?Been there twice, and can't wait to go back!

Absolutely the best dessert I've had in Texas. The gelato is smooth, with a rich flavor and texture almost reminiscent of soft serve, but with a beautiful added thickness. The sorbets, while lacking dairy, still somehow maintain a fairly high level of creaminess, setting them apart from the sorbets one may find elsewhere. The flavors of both are strong, and will immediately leave you floored at the fact that any one scoop of gelato or sorbet (or even their massive selection of coffees, cakes, macarons, crêpes, and hot chocolates, all of which are also stellar) could be so flawless. If you enjoy gelato, ice cream, frozen yogurt, sweets in general, coffee, or just like the idea of experiencing pure bliss, you have to go.

To owner: I have never met a more rude employee-Kya. I made sure to ask her name. Ignored my family (we were the only ones in line) didn’t look up for a long time, answered with one to two word answers with a rude tone, constantly gave annoyed looks and attitude even to my young children, didn’t explain difference between small and kids’ size. Small has a mound but she barely gave us any above the cup level. After two of my kids ordered the vegan chocolate, I asked for the same and she walked away and started scooping the regular until I caught her and she didn’t say a word of apology and started scooping the other flavor. Honestly, I love this gelato but I felt genuinely hated by this employee and I won’t be coming back. She is miserable and needs training or to move on to a non customer facing position.

I was in the area after dinner and wanted something sweet. I saw this place previously when in the area.It's located in a very busy retail area. There's plenty of parking, but you will have to search for a spot most of the time. The have a lot of different flavors of Gelato and have no issues allowing you to taste test. I settled on a dark chocolate and a salted caramel. They were both amazing! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the serving size, was just right!The person who helped me, was very sweet and helpful! I'll definitely be back when in the area!

Great ice cream place! Very flavorful and great texture. The Dulce de Leche one and the Chocolate Hazelnut are my favorite. It's a bit overpriced, but it's worth it every now and then.
