this was going to be our first time trying Andy’s. I’m pregnant and was really craving a concrete milkshake. We parked at 11:15…they close at 11:30. The second we got out of our car the worker ran to the door to lock it we saw a car at the drive through so we said fine we’ll just go through the drive through as we were getting in our car to go around we saw another car in the drive through and they told them they were done for the night and they left. In the span of 5 min that we were there they rejected 4 cars. Iv worked customer service for many many years and I get that it suck’s when people come right before you close but that comes with the job closing early is inconvenient for other people as well the only other milkshake place open was near us was another Andy’s 12 min in the opposite direction and we wouldn’t of made it in time. Very disappointing 🤷🏼♀️

The service at this location has dramatically declined. Everytime i visit, there's a really rude lady who just looks miserable handing custard out. I asked if they had smalls. Her response was a huge eye roll, a neck pop, a lip smack, and "a small WHAT?"
It's 2024, can we incorporate tap payments?
APP: This app is like playing Oregon Trail on a green command screen in 1998. It's impossible to add funds to your account...since tap payments aren't available..you'd think the process would be easier. The check in method is archaic. A code? The cashier rushes you through your order when there's not a kid outside taking orders from the line.
I don't understand. Stop trying to be different. Don't fix what's not broken. Take orders from a speaker on the menu, create a seamless and convenient way for your customers to pay, and train your employees to smile.
OR hire people who have enough decency to kindly explain the overly complicated process.
Also, if we aren't going cashless...can we get some foam insulated cups? Thanks!

Can’t get enough of this Andy’s. Always fast service and great frozen custard. I love that the fruit is always tastes fresh. It gets a little too hot to sit outside during the summer but there is always enough parking to eat in the car.
