Normal experience at a smaller sized Mexican place. They do speak both Spanish, and at the least, enough English to communicate with you to get your order. Which is usually right from my experiences. A while back (possibly a yearish or more ago, their red salsa you'd get with your chips was literally set your mouth on freaking fire hot that I'd eat one chip with it on it and couldn't take anymore, this last time I went (past month or so) there red salsa was pretty...
Extraordinary. I could make Angelica's a regular diner when I'm going for Mexican meal. The plate was plenty and fed me twice.Might need an interpreter if you don't speak or comprehend Mexican lingo. The menu wasn't in English. But help was just in the kitchen. You can see everything they do and really clean.
