Went there with a friend for lunch. They were not busy at all and I mean at all. We were sat and waited 10 minutes and no one ever came over. We ended up leaving after a few more minutes. Don't go there unless you want to be ignored

I had my first meal at Applebee's at 49 because my 11 year old son was disappointed in me for not wanting to break my streak. And he was right to be! It was really good! Not the best, but nothing was outstandingly bad/overly salty in the ways I expected. But how are they in business? We went on Saturday at 11:45 AM. There were 2 people in the restaurant when we got there, and when we left at 12:45 no else had come in! Is that normal?

I got the chicken salad and they had that cookie thing on sale.THE PICTURE ON THE RIGHT THAT'S DARKER IS WHAT THEY HAVE IT ADVERTISED AS. THE PICTURE ON THE LEFT, YOU SEE THAT LITTLE RED CUP THAT'S WHAT THEY GIVE YOU SO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS THAT'S MISLEADING AND THAT'S FALSE ADVERTISING! I thought maybe they forgot something they didn't put any ice cream on it at all and I mean this is it there's nothing in here it's like almost an empty cup and I paid $30 for this $30 for this Where's the ice cream This is crazy The bartender that was there today and November 21st She was wonderful she deserves a raise. God bless her but this is wrong $30 for this I didn't even get ice cream on top of this. I am Very upset because I never get to go out to eat. My dog just had cancer surgery and it sunk every penny I had This was money that my daughter's boyfriend gave me because I'm watching their dog and it's something I never get to do is go out to eat and when I do I feel like I got ripped off because it's false advertising because in this location and again the bartender was so sweet she needs a raise! But next to the bar they have this advertised with that really good picture and that's what I got. I was going to go back up there but there is so much traffic out here I'm from Bedford and Bedford doesn't have nearly as much traffic as it is out here and I'm not familiar with the roads and I have night blindness and I just didn't want to go out I wasn't feeling well I had a headache. I'm very upset cuz I'm kind of sick and tired of companies ripping us off because I never get to go out and enjoy things like this and I got ripped off

I e been to this location a few times in the last month the service is phenomenal I have no complaints the food was hot and magnificent loved the atmosphere as well not a club atmosphere it was mellow I will be visiting this location more frequently

Ask for the new menu and was told that they didn’t have it. Ask for the a drink they didn’t have. Then I had to wait 5 minutes to be seated, another 5 before was ask to take my orders. This Apple bees need to be closed down. It don’t deserve no stars but to post a review had to put 1

Went in today after work, Sat in a booth in the bar area. Literally the worst waitress I've ever encountered at any establishment in my life. Just rude as hell, acted like we were a burden on her life. Myself and the 3 others in my party all work in customer service and live off of tips, we treated her with the utmost respect and from the beginning she was stand-offish and rude. This makes the entire service industry look bad. Idk if she was racist or what her problem was. Horrible representation of Applebee's. Been here multiple times and left bigger tips than 99.99% of patrons who walk in there when I get decent service. Her loss today and our loss. Shitty experience. Shitty employee.

This location keeps going further and further downhill. Went in today 9/19. The person that greeted us had an attitude just because we didn't want to sit in loud bar area. The food was ok but giant pieces of lettuce in the salad that had to be cut up and old white throw away part of the lettuce on my burger. The bathroom I could tell had been mopped but the urinal 100% hadn't been wiped down in weeks. Dust and dirt all over it so this is weeks on neglect. Pretty gross. Won't be back to this location.
