I received a top shelf long island ice tea that looked more like a long island lemonade,the drink was weak and very light.when I asked for another drink this little guy named geo told me I would not receive another drink and that I would pay full price for the sorry drink he fixed me,very disappointed!!!

I went for their ribs, multiple times, they are inedible. Everything else seemed to be fine. Let Apebees do what they do best. They are not Chili's, don't ask for ribs. Everything else, you are probably cool.

I went there with my friend exited to try something on the menu, however it took about half an hour to be seated. And when seated it took about 40 minutes just to get some water. The only thing that I could hear was the workers complaining. Nothing was handled properly. Spoke to the manager there and this is the 1st time i was not offered any type of compensation, just asked if she could get us anything while we waited.Really disappointed in the experience, even when the restaurant wasn't even packed. I would not recommend.Maybe a diffrent location. But not this one.

The Service provide by our waiter Jay was incredible he was calm and patient and didn’t mind if we added things to our order. The managers mistreatment toward him was terrible as she was very rude to our waiter and our table. She took away his confidence as he barely introduced himself to us. He is incredible and she needs to be demoted to a server and reevaluate how she treats people.

Worst Customer Service, the service by Jay was good, the manager at this location she was so rude and kept yelling at her employees infront of the customers, and also she yelled at the people at my table, never coming back again, this location needs a new manager.

Would NEVER come back to Applebees. So the waiter gave us this small disclaimer about the menu. First they told us we have to SHARE a Bacardi Bowl I was like what then they CHARGED $8.19 for a regular shot very small glass and the $4.25 got a top shelf frozen margarita and $9.17 for the liquor to go inside of the Margarita that doesn’t even make since AT ALL I’m so pissed.

Good food .,just the 2 x 25 special is kind of tricky because they have 2x25 .,2x30,and 2x35.,which my 2x25 end up 2x30 .,I want the ribs but they're 2x35 which is very expensive because is only have a rack .,it is expensive

Very understaffed, only one server for whole restaurant. The manager on duty didn't appear to be assisting her at all. The server asked if we needed an extra plate for my great grandson's. Advised yes, but she never brought one to us to use. Son in law requested a refill on his tea and took over 5 minutes to get it. Do not feel it was the server's fault but rather management not helping out.
