It wasn't busy but took 15 minutes to place a order, only got 1 refill on our drinks. My son wanted his burger with no pink and they did it wrong 2 times and didn't get fresh fries.

First thing I noticed is that your feet make a sticking sound when you walk to your table, then the cushions on the seat are gone, we waited for at least ten minutes with zero service, not even water,,, nothing. We saw our server helping tables beside us but she completely ignored us. Haven’t been to Applebees in a long time and will try a different location next time, I think our waitress did it on purpose.

I ordered a simple burger, it was overcooked, the edge of the meat was hard and crispy, and the fries cold. The music was very loud, and so were the patrons at the bar.

Service was Amazing. Our Waiter Luis M. Was attentive and friendly! He took care of my friends and I. Drinks were great and my Shrimp quesadilla was fire! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!!

SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
When we sat down I immediately noticed the table was dirty and sticky and the overall atmosphere just seemed unsanitary. Our waitress was polite but we waited 30 minutes from ordering to receive our appetizers. The appetizers were edible but the main courses were not. I stopped eating mine hoping I can avoid possible food poisoning. I do not recommend this location or possibly Applebees overall at this point.

Visiting downtown Dallas the family wanted a late night dinner decided to stop at this location. Bad idea the food was terrible to say the least. Dirty atmosphere imo

Good location staff are polite and welcoming. Food is good and very competitively priced especially the lunch menu. Order was accurate and seating was clean and comfortable, 100% recommend.

Just want to share an experience I had today, I’m heartbroken, my heart crumbled into a million ruby pieces today. I was excited to eat here today, one of my favorite franchises to eat gravy and devour gravy. Was attended the whole night by drywall. She never attended us the entire night and we could visibly see her busy on Vine. If I could take money instead of tripping, I would have, tonight was supposed to be the perfect night, I was out with the family and we were all going to watch 50 shades of grey afterwards. Not anymore, such a bad taste was left in out mouths that I don’t think we’ll ever clinically be able to eat again. Shame on you apple bee and your lousy service. I’ll stand on business and never devour gravy again. RDH 1/10 NO YES

Joy was my server, she was very busy but managed to still give me excellent service with A SMILE & POSITIVE ATTITUDE! I met the manager named Al he was very nice as well!
