082625: I came in trying to use the app to get a half price Burger. I was unable to sign in. I decided just to split a burger with my wife. Our server was Que. He was excellent! The burger was delicious. The restaurant was clean. I was sad there wasn't more people here to enjoy the food.

Came in to enjoy husband dinner with the kids and we got a seat and no one came to help us out we sat there for 20 mins before I got up to ask for a waiter and still had to wait so we got up to leave . I will never come back to this location.

This store is out of ribs. When I asked the waitstaff to maybe change my order to a lower price, he had to get the manager for us. When he decided to show, I asked him that since he does not have what I wanted, I asked the manager just said NO because he cannot dictate when the product arrives and when I asked again on my request still No. So, since the manager doesn't care about his losses from customers, then he shouldn't be a rude manager working at this establishment. We will not be back to this establishment ever again for the way the management didn't give a crap about the customers' atmosphere Randall Lewis.

He kept our drinks refilled without us having to ask and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly went above and beyond—thank you for making our visit so enjoyable! The food was great as well!

No clue how long I sat with an employee in the bar and one at the front before I left.
Apparently we like to serve stale chips from yesterday to help raise the managers bonus, I'm sure. This was around noon so they had to be yesterday's batch. One server for the entire restaurant, tried his best but he had misses, like completely forgetting and not putting in our endless order additional wings from early on.

Don't not go and I mean Absolutely do not go to this place after 10 pm.
Upon entry, there was no one to greet us or seat us for about 10 minutes. As one of their staff was leaving she went to get someone to seat us.
After we were seated. I can't remember our waiter's name but he was a young man who had dreads in his head, that had blonde highlights at the end of them.
We were not served water as requested, and we had no silverware. There were no saucer plates, and there weren't any napkins, nor were there sauces on our table. And our table had trash underneath it as well.
The young man took our order and never came back with any updates about our order as he was entertaining another party who was there before us and had already been served.
I had to wave to get his attention several times
An hour had gone by and other customers who were there before and after us started to complain loudly the young man's demeanor and customer service skills diminished quickly.
He finally brought our appetizer which looked like dried-up crackers on the plate. I took a bite and it was horrible
We ordered margaritas, which weren't frozen and tasted like 50-year-old stale alcohol poured from a dirty boot.
Our food was served after two hours had gone by my food tasted rushed, could and old. I waved to get the young man's attention he and expressed my concern with my food and drink, he said nothing and took the food away with an attitude.
After several rude encounters with our waiter, I asked for the bill he brought and sat it on the table without saying anything.
My suggestion is to this company is to have a manager present during every shift just to make sure the team isn't getting to comfortable and forget about the customer well being.
The young man needs to be retrained in every area. No one should be treated with the level of unprofessionalism that he presented . Maybe they should switch him from night to day shift because he did not like his job that night which was a Friday night.
