The bartender and manager in the evening go out of their way to make sure your food, drinks, experience and evening is just perfect!!! All I can say is they really turned our opinion of Applebee’s completely around in one night…in one meal… between the kitchen preparing such delicious and well seasoned food and the bartender providing such thoughtful and on point service… it only made sense that when the managers came around he would then add his special touch! Truly a night we will not forget. For starters, the food did not taste like everybody else’s food, which is somewhat unusual these days for a restaurant you see in every town. What really stood out was the all of the staff though… they are truly golden…so thoughtful and considerate each one of them! They turned our special evening into a magical one, the two of us will never forget. Thank you so very much to each one of you! We will be back again and again and again! Nice and big restaurant with a roomy bar and a huge, well lit parking lot.

If I could give zero stars I would I recently just went to Applebee’s and the service was horrible. No customer service but what can you expect from Applebee’s? I guess it’s hard to find good people to hire nowadays. Horrible customer service horrible atmosphere they pick and choose who they wanna have good customer service for and they treat you differently by who the customer is do not go to this location.

Ordered via doordash and I guess if you are not dining in, decent customer service is not expected. They did not have the dessert available, which in of itself is understandable but did not bother to call prior to DoorDash driving leaving that it was not available or even offer a substitute. All these restaurants care about is revenue. Customer Service is obosolete these days.

082625: I came in trying to use the app to get a half price Burger. I was unable to sign in. I decided just to split a burger with my wife. Our server was Que. He was excellent! The burger was delicious. The restaurant was clean. I was sad there wasn't more people here to enjoy the food.

Came in to enjoy husband dinner with the kids and we got a seat and no one came to help us out we sat there for 20 mins before I got up to ask for a waiter and still had to wait so we got up to leave . I will never come back to this location.
This store is out of ribs. When I asked the waitstaff to maybe change my order to a lower price, he had to get the manager for us. When he decided to show, I asked him that since he does not have what I wanted, I asked the manager just said NO because he cannot dictate when the product arrives and when I asked again on my request still No. So, since the manager doesn't care about his losses from customers, then he shouldn't be a rude manager working at this establishment. We will not be back to this establishment ever again for the way the management didn't give a crap about the customers' atmosphere Randall Lewis.
