The bartender and manager in the evening go out of their way to make sure your food, drinks, experience and evening is just perfect!!! All I can say is they really turned our opinion of Applebee’s completely around in one night…in one meal… between the kitchen preparing such delicious and well seasoned food and the bartender providing such thoughtful and on point service… it only made sense that when the managers came around he would then add his special touch! 082625: I came in trying to use the app to get a half price Burger. I was unable to sign in. I decided just to split a burger with my wife. Our server was Que. He was excellent! The burger was delicious. The restaurant was clean. I was sad there wasn't more people here to enjoy the food.

I had a phenomenal customer service experience at Applebee’s! From start to finish, our server Ky was attentive, friendly, and professional. He kept our drinks refilled without us having to ask and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly went above and beyond—thank you for making our visit so enjoyable! The food was great as well!
