Avoid this place and go to any other eatery. Service is horrendous. Inattentive servers, I waited forever to be seated only to be told just to sit myself. Then I sat down and flat out got ignored for 20 minutes minuted until I stood up and walked around to find someone to take my order that never came. This place needs to shape up.

Typical of airport restaurants, a bit pricey, can be busy, but the food is good, and the staff very friendly.

Got our drinks and nothing else. She checked a couple of times while we were looking then nothing else. She did not miss a text or social media post whatever she was checking on her phone. I knew better than to go to Applebees!

Don’t order the mac n cheese 😢 it was weirdly sweet and didn’t really seem like mac n cheese. The chicken fingers were fine. I typically adore mac n cheese in all its presentations, but the sauce was so odd. I ended up eating from my husband’s food.
The service was fast.

This Applebees is located in the restricted departure area of Terminal D around gate D18. Opening hours are 5am to 8.30pm daily, there is a fair amount of seating. Menu is a shorter version of the normal Applebees restaurant.
Stopped by recently for an order of the Mozzarella sticks and glass of beer. Service was friendly and fast. Prices a bit high but not unexpected for airport restaurants. Food tasted as expected. Was able to watch several sports programmes while there. Seemed like a fair place to grab a drink or bite to eat while waiting for flight departures at Terminal D.

Me and my group came for drinks. We requested for clean glasses, and instead of the manager by the name of Yasmin, giving us clean glasses, she called the security, and had us escorted out of the restaurant for no apparent reason.
My feelings are very hurt. I’ve never been to Dallas Texas before and I get this kind of treatment makes me feel she racially profiled me and my group we were not loud nor disrespectful. All we wanted was clean glasses for our mimosas which the glasses they gave us were dirty filthy. She refuse to give us clean glasses.
The foods were VERY salty and one item didn't have proper ingredient description (we don't eat bacon). Disappointed.

Blasting the same 5 songs on repeat while it is CLOSED. Good luck trying to catch any sleep if you are within 3 gates of this.

Came through during a layover flight in DFW. The staff was attentive and our waitress was sociable, even asking how long our layover was and so forth. Excellent service overall, thanks!!

No napkins smells bad no cleaning WTH never coming back
Severely disappointed and displeased with this place. Not once was me and my family checked on during our entire experience here. Additionally the food took over 30 minutes to arrive and when it did, my order was wrong. I had asked to substitute a side for another but they had given me the wrong side. The steak was salty and the fries were sad. Never coming back. Don’t waste your money here.

Got the wrong food, and when we got it, it was so salty that we couldn't eat it. I ordered the rib. It was the worst I ever had full of small bone pieces.
