A medium done stake was *charred* on the outside and dry inside. Mashed potatoes were cold and bland (no sauce or spice of any kind; broccoli also very bland as well (just steamed or boiled and thats it). $15 cocktail costs nearly as much as a main dish. The only thing that tasted good was the french onion soup, though the cheese on top didn't have the usually baked crust, so it didn't look all that appealing to the eye. To add insult to injury, the waiter didn't warn me that there would be a.$1.5 surcharge for using a credit card... Overall I paid ~$60 for a one person meal.

Food was awesome but I received very lazy service and was served by 3 different servers, so I didn’t know who to tip. Was not attended to most of the time I was there but the food was amazing

Server was very efficient and kind. He immediately asked how much time we had before we had to board the plane. Got the food and drinks out quickly. The bacon-ranch grilled chicken sandwich was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our server suggested the “good” Cabernet Sauvignon after a brief discussion about the available wines. It was excellent for a $14 glass. Place was clean and relatively spacious for an airport too.

Had buffalo wings . Sort of the worst i had in Dallas area . Not juicy , just meh.
The place is clean , and not over crowded- thats a plus .

We didn’t catch our servers name as he was running around bussing multiple tables but was very attentive and friendly to our table! Had a huge, filling lunch: whiskey burger, mozzarella sticks, and chips + spinach dip! Great service for a quick bite before our flight. Plenty of seating and close to D gates

Had lunch here while killing time on a layover. We ordered the mozz sticks and boneless wings. Both were spot on and so delicious 😋. Gabriel was our server and he did a great job taking care of us.. appreciate him checking on how we were for time and being quick and efficient to get us our food and drinks and check. Definitely recommend stopping in here for a bite.

Customer service literally non existent. My server didn’t check on me once. I had to wave her down after my food was already cold to ask for the correct dipping sauce I asked for when I ordered. Then when I tried to use my meal voucher I was told it wasn’t going to go though. I’ve worked at Applebees for a decade and know myself that the vouchers are just ran like a manual credit card. The gal tried one time and said it didn’t go through. She told me I needed a “physical copy” of my meal voucher (which isn’t even a thing as delta issues their meal vouchers virtually via text). When I asked if she could try running it one more time she refused and grabbed a manager. I know, from working in the industry, that it’s possible we enter cards wrong when entering that many numbers manually so it never hurts to try again. The manager came out and REFUSED to run the voucher a 2nd time. I asked kindly several times to try again just in case it was entered wrong and again she flat out refused and was very short and passive. Just absolutely appalling coming from a manager!

Jose made our traveling day very difficult. After my table all received the wrong order, Jose told ALL of us that we were wrong and this was our order. I told him there is no way this was our order when I heard everyone orders and knew my own order. He rolled his eyes and stormed away. He came back 10 minutes later and said we were right and our order was below the one he thought was ours. There was never any official apology. His attitude and incompetence made our traveling day less than desirable to say the least. Please train your servers to be more patient and communicate better, especially with customers that are already traveling.

Waited for a while and then a guy came up and directed us to another area to be seated by the hostess and then the hostess tells us that Management isn’t allowing seating rn. It’s 7:15 several empty tables.. and all the clerks seemed rude… sad experience
