Let me just say as a manager Of a major food train he went above and beyond, and that is the type of worker that everyone needs at their place Business he has Great customer service And handle my order with a smile and me, knowing myself, I am not the easiest person to deal with, but he definitely needs a raise. Perhaps the most negative aspect of my visit was the Arby's app I placed my order with. Second, the cashier at the front counter was nice, but not outgoing. Restroom was decent in terms of being clean and in good repair with no indication of vandalism. Overall, this experience falls right between fair to good, but not fabulous.

Love the app. Lots of discounts& freebies with purchase. You can add some charged condiments to meet qualified purchases.

This is not the brisket Cedrick & Anthony are advertising... I literally had a great conversation with the manager for literally 10 minutes only for my food to not look like what they are advertising... Blackkkkk people love bbq... so I asked for a bbq sandwich & the person answering didn't understand but then the manager took my order.... idk if they did something to the brisket but it doesn't look like the advertisement... I tried to call the store but no answer... $31 for some food that looks horrible & giving me stomach cramps.... BUT I CAN SAY THEY HAVE THE BEST STRAWBERRY LEMONADE IN THE WORLD...

Great service, store is well decorated and the music isn't too loud. Could be cleaner. Unfortunately the food was awful. Fries were overcooked and the chicken was like rubber. Especially for the cost it is not worth it.

11:30 on Easter Sunday, I spent 11.37 on a fish sandwich that doesn't taste like fish and cold fries. I don't see how the company can stay open with food like this. Arby's do better, I won't spend another cent at your establishment. Awful, an absolute waste of money.
