So I’ve been coming here for a long time (+10 years) and unfortunately have noticed a decline in food quality and service. The staff are pleasant when they aren’t hiding in the kitchen or on their phones ignoring the store.
Is it company policy for foods to be heated up - sliders, tortillas, etc in the microwave? Or is that a store policy? I’ve seen it happen the last 5 times I’ve been - and sometimes it’s noticeable when not all of the slider is cooked through or the cheese is still hard but top bun is slightly warm. Not fun! Unfortunately, this visit today will most likely be last - after waiting a little longer than normal (no one else in store) I inquired about my chicken wrap. They said they needed to unfreeze it - no big deal. I watched the manager place the heated (we’ll get back to that) chicken strip on the bare cook top station while waiting for the microwaved tortilla to finish. When I unwrapped the unmelted cheese combination in front of me, I decided to take a look at the inside of the chicken, as it comes cut in half. It was still pink - not overly, but noticeable - in the very middle. I handed it back to the staff, explained and left. Do better please! At least I can buy y’all’s sauces at the store.

Great customer service. Order was always right. No long wait times. I went there at 3 days the weeks I had to work in the office.
Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic so the roast beef sandwich was my source of protein. I do miss their salads. A roast beef sandwich (no bread) and salad made great low carb meal.
That chicken sandwich had a nasty oil taste. Guy at the register was pleasant and attentive.

If I could give no stars I would! The drive through service was horrible and completely ridiculous. Absolutely no great customer service at all. The drive through person did not greet me, snatched my card from my hand and practically threw my food into the car. It takes a lot to leave a horrible review, and I despise doing so but this attitude should not be welcomed in a fast food industry.

My son wanted Arby’s so here we are. When we walked in, Anthony greeted us with a genuine greet. His spirit was warm inviting and kind. Food was hot and delicious. We will come around more often- on Fridays and Saturdays especially when Anthony is here working. Much appreciated. My son told me to let Anthony know he loved his shake!
People like to talk smack, but I am an Arby’s girl. This location MUCH more often than not has polite and charismatic employees. And let me tell y’all ARBYS HAS THE BEST MOZZARELLA STICKS EVER!! Especially if you go to a good location, like this one. I’m so glad I live right next to this location for when I need my Beef N Cheddar + Mozz stiX fiX! (-:

Came in on August 10, 2024 around 2:30 pm the guy manning the register treated my kindly, the place was clean, and cool. I just needed a place to hydrate and cool off from the heat before I started my drive back to Houston. That moment of kindness and quality service made my day! If you're in the mood for Arby's, a shake, or a to just get yourself a nice cold soda give this place some of your time and money!
Restaurant is extremely clean. Staff is very friendly. My French Dip was hot and delicious. I will definitely be back!

My phone glitched and sent my order twice causing my card to be charged twice. Charles, understanding that it was unintentional cancelled the duplicate order and processed a refund!
