Let me start by saying two of the young ladies working up front were amazing, but after waiting for my order over 10 minutes most of it was really cold…I literally thought everything would be fresh since we waited so long…Arby’s literally cost too much to not get hot fresh anything

This was my first time eating at Arby’s and when my husband and I arrived, we decided to eat inside and I was so impressed with how clean it was inside. The service was great and the food was actually really good. I left feeling satisfied with the meal. I honestly was very surprised. I had always heard about Arby’s, but I had never been there so I was happy to ring the bell while I was there.

Do not go here. All my food was cold and old. The cheesesteak was cold to the touch like it had been refrigerated. The fries were so old they weren’t even edible. The slider had buffalo sauce on the outside of both buns and slipped out my hands when I picked it up. I’m disgusted and I will never be back to this location.

Customer service is lacking. Window guy was a typical millennial; no courtesy, no thanking you for your business, nothing.. Got a Reuben and it was the worst I've had from Arbys. The ingredients were thin and virtually no sauerkraut .. bread was stale. I should have known better.. as soon as I seen the staff I should have driven off. I knew the millennials would be more into catching up with their social feeds than actually preparing your order correctly.
