Do not go here. All my food was cold and old. The cheesesteak was cold to the touch like it had been refrigerated. The fries were so old they weren’t even edible. The slider had buffalo sauce on the outside of both buns and slipped out my hands when I picked it up. I’m disgusted and I will never be back to this location.

Customer service is lacking. Window guy was a typical millennial; no courtesy, no thanking you for your business, nothing.. Got a Reuben and it was the worst I've had from Arbys. The ingredients were thin and virtually no sauerkraut .. bread was stale. I should have known better.. as soon as I seen the staff I should have driven off. I knew the millennials would be more into catching up with their social feeds than actually preparing your order correctly.

Wanted to try the cheesesteak after seeing ppl talk about it online. Customer service was okay but my food was lukewarm. Like nowhere near hot and fresh. The sandwich was ok. Wouldn’t get it again but probably super good when it’s hot hot. THIS is why people don’t bother with Arby’s.

Arbys fraudulent charges of $9,025.24!!!! If you come here you need to always be sure to pay with cash. Don't pay with your credit card. I came here yesterday. And paid $7.25 for 2 macaroni. Then this morning I noticed 9 charges on my credit card from hvacdirect.com for $9,025.24!!!! THANKFULLY my bank declined and blocked the charges of the suspicious activity. Yesterday I handed the cashier my card, He said his system is down, so I have to take your order at the other register. I said okay. Then he charged my card at the other register and gave me my receipt and my food. Then this morning I noticed 9 charges on my credit card from hvacdirect.com for $9,025.24!!!! I called the store to speak to the manager, the manager refused to tell me his name over the phone. Then today I went to the store he said his name was Don. I told him what happened. He didnt really seem to care. He said he don't know what happened and he didn't see any charges for over $9k on his end. I told him The cashier or somebody took my information from off of my credit card from this arby's and tried to run it, but he could care less. For all I know all of them could be in on the card scam. Do not use your credit card at this location. They have scammer employees working here.

I went through the drive through and I ordered a French Dip combo and one cookie. I waited for 20 minutes so when I got my order I left quickly frustrated. Thinking I waited for 20 minutes my order would be correct. I got a cold French Dip sandwich, the bun wasn’t toasted at all like other locations, the meat was cold and cold cheese. The aus juice was luke warm so I was scared to eat it. I also noticed no cookie was inside I thought min I could eat that … haha I didn’t even get the cookie. I called the store to inform whoever answered and he said they didn’t even charge me for the cookie and hung up in my face. I love Arby’s but I will never go back to this location I wasted $14 dollars to starve.

Very much underrated restaurant. The food here is always fresh and great tasting. I don’t understand why it’s not more often busy. Way better than alit of these other chains.
