I normally don't eat at arbys, I'm honestly surprised it's still in business. But SOME people I associate with do. This time it wasn't 3/4th bad, this specific franchise has decent employees who actually care about their jobs.

I’ve ordered from Arby’s through DoorDash and Uber Eats more times than I can count, and while the food itself is consistently good, the attention to detail is absolutely terrible. I always — and I mean always — request Horsey Sauce. Sometimes I even ask for it in abundance just to make it clear. Yet 8 out of 10 times, my order arrives with Arby’s Sauce instead — the one sauce I can’t stand.

It’s clear the receipt isn’t being read or checked, because this mistake keeps happening no matter how obvious I make my request. It’s not hard: I’m not asking for substitutions, complicated prep, or special cooking — just the right sauce. If I’m ordering your food, it’s because I like it paired with the sauce I chose, not whatever someone feels like tossing in the bag.

Arby’s, your quality control is abysmal. You’ve proven you can make the food right every time — now try giving your customers the condiments they actually ordered.

I had an amazing experience at this Arby’s! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. But what really made my visit stand out was the exceptional service from Jack. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. His positive attitude and great interaction made my meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about their customers, and Jack is definitely one of them. I’ll definitely be coming back—thanks again, Jack!

The Jalapeño Bites menu was delicious😋 and the service was really good, the welcome they gave me in Spanish was very pleasant and the service was efficient, more than anything because of the boy who greeted me and I had the opportunity to get to know a little about him "Richard", everything excellent and delicious, highly recommended!
