I love Arby's. Market Fresh sandwich and curly fries. But there is a young man in the window every time I drive through. His name is Malachi and he is very nice, extremely courteous, and extraordinarily personable. This the kind of young man you want to have interacting with your customers and who any company should have their management plan. I want good things for this gentleman as he deserves all the positive things life has to offer.

Terrible! Entire experience took forever because they were having computer issues...felt really sorry for the order taker! When we got the food home ( less than 5 minutes later): The beef sandwiches were cold The chicken wrap was mostly tortilla and sauce...chicken was minimal. Beverage size on the meals is a joke...as is the fries size. To top it off, meal was over $30! The next day, we went to On The Border and had a great meal and only spent $1 more...and that included the tip! Convenient location to our home, but will think twice before stopping there again!

I haven't been to Arby's in 20 years. I came in because you could get $1 sliders through their app. They were awesome! The buffalo chicken one was probably the best and have one of the tangiest hot buffalo sauces I've ever had. 75 cents for extra tarter sauce? Come on.... Asked for extra napkins and got 1. Food was over fried and service was absolutely dreadful.

The food was sub par from all the other locations I had visited BUT, it was immaculate service and cleanliness at the location. I ordered a Roast beef and cheddar it was ok but was a bit off. I imagine their other items would have been fine.

We hadn’t been to Arby’s in quite a while. It fell off our radar during the shutdown. We went back today and remembered what we’ve been missing. The service was top notch, the food was great, and the facility was clean and tidy. We’ll definitely be back often.

After sitting at menu of drive thru for 2 minutes with zero vehicles in the line and no greeting I ask out hello? to which I get a response "gimme a sec".... again 0 cars in drive thru. So I pulled around and went into the store to see about ordering and why they weren't able to take an order from drive thru menu and asked to speak with a manager. When the "manager" came to the front she was nothing but combative and confrontational when I asked what the issue was with the drive thru and why they wouldn't take an order when there was literally nobody in line. I asked her for the actual managers info like a business card to which she refused as well. I asked her for the store number because I planned on calling their customer service which she also refused. Do not waste your time or money here. They have zero clue what hospitality is or how to treat customers. The "manager" also told me to record her on my phone which was just weird. Again stay away
