Saturday night 7pm. The outside was a mess with dirty tables, dirty plates and glasses - no customers. The inside had 5 tables with customers and the other tables were all dirty. The staff was sitting around until I mentioned it.When this place first opened, the line was out the door. Everyone has caught on and no longer coming to eat here. It's such a shame because we need more restaurants in east Dallas. Sadly, with the manner in which this restaurant is managed, I don't see them being open in 6 months.

Bring your patience. It takes forever for someone to take your order. I tried to order inside, and they told us to sit down and they would take our order. Someone came and said he would be right back to take our order. He never returned. We had to go back inside to order. I suggest you order at the counter if you want same day service. We ended up just getting a coffee and going somewhere else to eat.

This is my favorite coffee shop and I'm here pretty often as I work just down the street. The coffee is fantastic and so is the food. My order has come out wrong more than once unfortunately. The service is great sometimes and other days not really. I usually get the same order when I come of an Iced Lavender Latte (a little less sweet than they come) and a plain bagel with cream cheese. I always ask for extra cream cheese tho. They don't put hardly any at all normally. Overall I'll keep coming back as the coffee is great. I just wish my food and drink would come out correctly more frequently.

1st place we went to when we arrive in Dallas Tx! The food was amazing, a little pricy - but it’s to be expected in this area. I recommend sitting inside if you can. The wind was bad that day, so there were some leafs, branches, and some bugs in my mimosa & food. The service was quick & friendly! If I ever go to Dallas again, I will be going here again.
