The man at the café is very rude and does not need to work there. However, after addressing the issue to the owner, he quickly addressed the matter and was very approachable and honest.

The manager and the gentleman are very rude. I do not recommend this food shop to anyone who had allergies because they mixed everything with no sanitation. If you are allergic to bacon DO NOT do there. Plus terrible customer service.

Ridiculous how I ordered a wrap and instead of saying what they don't have, they just make it. They told me they didn't have a certain tortilla, why couldn't they say they didn't have hummus. I ended up getting a different wrap because they didn't make it right.

I’ve been coming here for months and for months the Hispanic gentleman taking the order always has an attitude. He is very unpleasant and changes the dynamic of MC DALLAS for me and it is very unfortunate. The food is pretty good but it seems as if he is miserable at this job and despises to be asked questions.

Went in while family member was getting chemo. Wanted a BLT and this is what I got. I eat the other pathetic side of this sandwich because I was famished. I will not give my money to this business and I’m there almost every week. When your a caretaker of someone fighting for there life, the last thing you want is to argue over a sandwich.
Staff working was unsanitary. Grabbing everything with the same pair of gloves. Money, boxes, and food with the same pair is gloves. Disgusting.

Place is garbage. I showed up 20 minutes before their 7 pm close time. (Odd closing time btw) Waiting in line for a few minutes for the guy to tell me the ovens turn off “automatically” at 6:50, 10 minutes before close.
I then asked if I could get a coffee and he said those coffee brewers “automatically” turn off at 6:50.
I then asked if I could have a cup of already brewed coffee and he said no because everything would “automatically” turn off at 6:50. Which is an odd response when I am asking for coffee that has already been brewed. I could clearly see there was still several large canisters of coffee being kept warm on their warmers.
