Stopped by for lunch at 12:00 on a Wednesday. When we arrived me and a crew of 4 there was maybe 5 people in the place. We all ordered fish lunch specials nothing too much. I’ve been waiting an hour and the 5 people in front of me haven’t received their food. This is a horrible place to stop for lunch during the week don’t even waste your time..

Had been craving a burger, so since I was in the area I decided to stop by Aunt Irene's. The price was good for the size of the burger and the wings that came with the combo but my burger was overcooked. Even the bread was overcooked. The burger actually seemed like it would have been pretty good but it was too dry for me to tell. Maybe next time.

This was my first time here and I loved it. The person at the front greeted us when we walked in and she was so helpful. The food is amazing me and my sister tried a few different items (we got a box to share). The fish and potatoes were my fav. We also order a slice of cake to share and wished we had bought two.
A few things people need to know they are a small business so there is a wait but we didn't mind and the food and service were worth it. I plan to go back soon.

I had the large black box from here. The food was actually good but the one thing that I don’t play about is my shrimp. They leave the shells and legs on the shrimp meaning THEY DONT CLEAN IT. Anybody that cooks knows it’s usually poop on the back of the shrimp and veins on the front. Despite it being “harmless” to eat, I don’t wanna see that when I’m eating and these shrimp are huge yall… if I wouldn’t eat dog or human poop what makes you think ima eat it on my shrimp? So because of that alone, I will not be going back. But the rest of the food was good so I wouldn’t tell y’all don’t come here. I just prefer my shrimp cleaned.

I had the pleasure of visiting this delightful spot for the first time today, and what a joyful experience it was! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an atmosphere that was both vibrant and inviting. A special shout-out goes to the lovely lady at the counter, who set the perfect tone for my visit. Her genuine warmth and friendliness truly made me feel at home—I believe she deserves a raise for her incredible service!
Now, let’s talk about the food! I decided to try the pork chops, and while they were not what I expected because they could have had been cooked not so dry, but hey sometimes that’s part of the adventure, right? They could have used a bit more seasoning to really shine as well and the fries were a bit on the hard side. But hey, every dining experience is a chance to discover new favorites!
I will return again because again the customer service is outstanding and I look forward to trying something new next time.
