Decided to get them for Lunch when I found out they had a second location in Desoto. Drove 45 min for some nasty food. I originally ordered the pork chop box fried. Got a call while I was in the way and was informed they didn’t have grease and would I take grilled. I said sure. I should have canceled. Rey disappointed.

Yesterday was our first visit, and we were not disappointed. The wait was about 30 minutes, and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back. I got the lobster box, and he got the hood burger and wings.

That fish plate was incredible, if you a fan of fried fish it is a must get. Pro tip mix the hot sauce and tartar sauce before dipping. The hood burger was at let down, not bad but not great definitely average.

There is no parking. We had to walk around a parked car while the driver was inside the restaurant. The menu is pricey for fried food. The nonchalant almost rude cashier rattled off all the food they did not have. A customer behind me wanted to ask the cashier a question about the cookies and paid $20 for what looked like 10 cookies. Once I placed my $37 order for one meal the cashier disappeared. She finally came back to the front, that's when I asked how long my order would take and I was told 25-30 minutes. When I cancelled the order, she looked at me took the machine where I swcanceledard then cancelled my order. That was done without any eye contact or words. I said thank you, with no response from the cashier. As we walked to the door to leave, there was a giant bug lying on its back. I have no idea of the type of bug, I will not be returning.
This place is a diamond in a rough- unless you heard about it, you’d never know it was here. Had to try this place after someone suggesting that Keith Lee try it out when he was in Dallas. He didn’t, but I did… and let me tell you, THEY DIDN’T DISAPPOINT. Now, to find a parking spot is another story, you just have to park in the street and run in and get your food. And this place doesn’t have tables to eat, this is definitely an order out location. Now the food! The seasoning was everything and the butter sauce they make to go with the seafood is sooo addicting! You just can’t get enough. I bought the Black Bag with Lobster and it fed 3 people. I can’t wait to go back and get another, this time I’ll take a driver with me.
The food is awesome and addictive. Lawd have mercy that black box will make you slap ya family. Going back ASAP. Probably today. So so so so good.Parking: You may have to park across the street but it not too bad. I love this place.
