So auntie Anne’s was one of the jobs I had in high school and I still love the pretzels. I’m now vegan / dairy free, though, but if I ask for no butter the original is vegan. On Sunday 11/5 the young man automatically knew when I asked for no butter to go in the back and get tongs that had no butter to pick up the pretzel and I want to say shout out and thank you. Long live auntie Anne’s and great customer service even with a busy chaotic line.

This place is terrible. I ordered a jalapeño pretzel with a medium watermelon drink and was told to wait 10 minutes for my food to come out. When trying to flag employees down to check on the status,they would ignore me and would not even care to ask if everything was ok until 15 minutes of waiting and after helping out several customers in front of me. Aida gave me a refund in the end and had the nerve to tell me it will be another ten minutes to make my pretzel. The fact I have to call out employees for taking my money and forgetting about my order is absurd.

First time having auntie anne’s and i was very pleased! pretzels where good and staff was nice . only thing i didn’t like was how the line builds up in the middle of the walkway and ends up blocking the path towards the restrooms .
Showed up for National Pretzel Day to buy a few pretzels, and the lady took the lady in front of me's order then looked at me and said "ma'am we're closed". It was 1pm. I said, you're closed? She said yes without explanation. They were still cooking pretzels in the back and she literally just took someone's order.. will never come back.
