Have been to Auntie Anne’s from more than 16 years. My experience was very bad at this place. They gave us stale pretzels and to avoid making a new batch. Horrible service!! Will never come back to this.

I originally intended to grab a "Mall Pretzel" at the competitors shop downstairs. However,after seeing the activity here( high energy,bright light, everyone working) I paused. At that moment I saw them taking the fresh,golden perfectly cooked and glistening,twisted shapes from the hot oil. I quickly stepped to the counter and said," whatever that is being pulled out of the cooker,I'll take one!" I don't eat even 10 percent of the bread that I did 3 years ago. However,I still crave it and this did the trick. More than adequate,5 Star Mall Pretzel. No Brainer ... Go!

Auntie Anne's pretzels are the same amazing recipe no matter where you go! Delicious and flavorful! The person who wrung us up, Tekisha, was super nice!! She needs a raise, super polite and patient, 100/10 employee! She made the whole ambiance feel amazing and the atmosphere was just perfect!!

Auntie Anne's is as good as it gets... A must-eat when you're at the mall and even if you don't go to the mall for Auntie Anne's, you're somehow headed towards that way after smelling the sweet scent of the pretzels.Located inside Northpark Center, I was lucky as it was a Saturday afternoon and the line for Auntie Anne's was short, and it looks like all the popularity was taken by this new cafe right next to it (Lala Land?).. But it was good news for me as I was claiming my birthday reward. I ordered a sweet almond pretzel. I usually get a dipping sauce with it but I decided to pass and got the sweet almond pretzel. Despite it being not busy, the workers were pretty slow and that was rather disappointing, but I understand and they got my pretzel.The pretzel tasted great as usual and I'm glad I was able to get my first Auntie Anne's pretzel of the year!

We waited in line to get Auntie Anne's and once it was our turn, as we were walking up, the young woman at the register said "c'mon chop chop" and looked annoyed. It wasn't even closing time, so the hostility was for nothing.

Cashier started off with “are you gonna tip? Are you gonna leave a tip?” Like really dude? I was befuddled.. can’t leave a tip if they didn’t have what I wanted. But here’s a tip for ya, don’t start off with “are you gonna tip?”

Manager/supervisor was bullying staff in front of customers. Staff was doing fine, but obviously exhausted from free pretzel day. Manager/supervisor comes in taunting them about fatigue. Belittling them while doing little to nothing to help. Quite frankly that guy is an a**hole.
This location is always out of pretzels, so unless you like the pretzel nuggets don’t even bother. Lines are always long despite that though. That’s all.

This is hands-down one of the best Location the pretzels are always hot and fresh the lemonade is always refreshing they always have every item on the menu and the staff don't get me started on the staff they're absolutely amazing I love the Northpark location

Asked for garlic and Parmesan, they didn’t have it. So asked for sour cream and onion instead and they said that they don’t have it at this location despite it being on the menu. Had to wait a really long time for my third choice and the first pretzel I got was stale
