By some crazy miracle, four attempts to get cinnamon pretzels still left me empty handed. The reviews about how hard it is to keep pretzels is a joke. Never ever in my life at any other pretzel place have I ever seen a common staple of the pretzel store always out of stock. More often than not, not having something for sale is often a management issue. The store manager is most likely a cheap person, barely buys the minimum supplies and they end up running out of product. I finally just gave up trying to get my cinnamon pretzels here. Once maybe, twice, okay, but three and four times, nope.

Too lazy to make the pretzel dogs. She said they had the dogs and pointed to them, so I know they have them. I waited an hour and half and came back to check. Still no pretzel dogs, she said no one made any. This is always a problem with Auntie Annes, and I think they just don't wanna make them cuz its more steps.

Do yourself a favor and do not get their breakfast sandwich. It’s very small, hard, and salty. The worker was ok; didn’t have problem with her like everyone else.

Guy working till and serving seemed supremely unhappy to be working there and that he had customers. I get it because I bet airport customers can run the gamut but holy moly.
The woman working behind the counter was very rude, the pretzel was average at best. I've been to many of their locations around the country and this was the worst experience by far.

Mom and I went and got Gelato. It's the same store as the Auntie Anne's. 2 sassy african american women working, one (the big one with short hair) tells us "pretzels only" and taps the glass window box with her acrylic nail. Mom goes "oh..we were wanting Gelato. Can we get gelato?" Instead of response, the lady turns around and calls out to her coworker in the back. The lady comes out, pauses-looking condused while her coworker explains we wanted gelato. She starts scooping the Gelato for us, and mom lightheartedly goes "we just want a small...I know you're probably trying to close and go home" in an apologetic tone . Sassy lady, again with a serious tone and straight face goes "YEA we trying to close. Happy to close AND go home, matter fact." Then Mom is paying at the register where this lady rings her up. Sh3 says "the price there is wrong it's actually 6.49 it changed today. " Mom goes, "oh why's it say 5.49 then?" She replies "I said the price is wrong there it changed today. " mom points to the sign and the lady goes "oh NO u didnt with the finger pointing i know u didnt" confusedly, mom ignores and starts rummaging for her cash and change to pay when honestly we should've just spitefully walked away at that point without the Gelato lol, how rude and uncalled for. As we walk away THIS LADY HAS THE AUDACITY to say "how rude was that " and babbling her mouth man it took everything in me to not turn around and give her a piece of my mind- im raging with pregnancy hormones dont mess with me or my mom lol. Customer Service, get the bleep over it. One customer asking for one thing close to closing time. Can't handle it then good luck out in the real world. Find another job so disconnected from people it's not even funny. :)

Highly recommend this Auntie Anne’s when you’re passing thru Love Field. Monique greets you with a warm smile and open arms calming you during your traveling chaos. Witnessed Monique going above and beyond for even the most demanding passengers as she kept her cool and kept things running smoothly. She made sure all her passengers didn’t regret their choice of stopping at Auntie Anne’s Love Field! I will definitely stop thru again for the hot fresh delicious pretzel bites! They definitely hit the spot every time!

Had such a rough day at the airport, delayed flight & had some extra time so I decided to stop for a pretzel & the employees were so nice and helpful despite having a huge line. They were definitely trying their absolute best. I was shocked to see the reviews, but not surprised at how people treat employees in customer service! Keep it up yall!!!
