Witnessed Monique going above and beyond for even the most demanding passengers as she kept her cool and kept things running smoothly. Had such a rough day at the airport, delayed flight & had some extra time so I decided to stop for a pretzel & the employees were so nice and helpful despite having a huge line. They were definitely trying their absolute best. I was shocked to see the reviews, but not surprised at how people treat employees in customer service! Keep it up yall!!!
A huge shout out to the manager Gayle and all of the employees! I was going to be late for my flight and they rushed to get my order! I fly frequently and Auntie Anne’s is always my fav!
