Sept 15, 2024- The Auntie Annie’s located in Terminal C.
There were 2 employees wearing black headwraps. 1 is nice and has excellent customer service but the other older employee did not seem to speak english nor have any customer service. After ordering and waiting. The mini sausage rolls were soggy with oil. During the payment, I showed them my Meal Voucher from the Airline- compensation for delaying my flight for more 5 hours. They were confused on how to work the machine and enter the voucher- it has all the information on it and yet they could not figure it out and told me to pay. That is ridiculous. The nice employee is younger and was being “taught” by an older lady who has a stank look on her face.
Its not the voucher that doesn’t work.
Its you not knowing how to use POS.
And Im not sure why they made it extra soggy and greasy? That is disappointing.

Patronized this location [Terminal D, Gate 36] on 6/22/2023 between 3:55-4pm, before my flight, and the cashier rudely tried to get me to purchase what I did not ask for. Before ordering, I noticed all that was staged were regular size pretzel nuggets.I informed her that I wanted to purchase a small order of cinnamon pretzel nuggets. She informed me they only had regular size.I said again that I wanted to purchase a small and not regular. She replied with "all we have is regular size."I refuted with "are you not able to make a small size because I do not want to purchase a regular size?"She sighed with disgust and took one of the staged, regular size and made me a small order. If you do not want customers to order/purchase a smaller size, then remove it from the menu. There is a more professional way to upsell than to rudely try to con the customer into purchasing a size they do not want and has mentioned more than once that they did not want to.

I just have to give every Auntie Anne's 5 stars cause I loooove mini pretzel dogs.
The employee Labiba G is every rude to ALL the customers. She basically threw my food bag on the counter and talks to me with attitude. Then my aunts who were traveling with me, also had a bad experience she said she couldn’t understand her she told her to get out of line because she had other people waiting, before finishing my aunts order. Even the customer behind said “no i will wait serve them first.”
Don't go there if you want actual salted pretzel or a jalapeno pretzel I haven't seen one of those in about 2 years. In the morning there is one or two breakfast sandwiches. They definitely know how to make pigs in a blanket because it's more expensive and they have the passenger traffic trapped because that's all they have 99% of the time.
They charge top dollar for their product ... yet nearing closing time they stop making some menu items. If you're going to charge top price you have to serve your whole menu.

The mini hotdog pretzels were pretty good and easy to eat waiting for a plane. The lemonade was really good. And the lady working the counter was quite nice. No complaints.
I gave it one star because they are SO good. Otherwise it would be zero. Idk if it’s a corporate decision or individual store, but they are not making the regular pretzel dogs in advance to be ready in the warmer. When you get to the counter and order one, they look taken aback and say “oh, it’ll be about 10 minutes for that”. After being a little annoyed this time (at the airport trying to catch a plane), I asked the order taker why they do that. His answer was that only once in a blue moon does someone order a bagel dog, so it’s not worth it. I think this is bs. If I walk away from a fast food place hacked off, they get one star. If they don’t want to make them anymore, take them off the damn menu.
DFW terminal C Gate C 22never have what’s on the menu I wanted a small size nuggets pretzel and the lady said we don’t have small well it’s just a cup size because that’s what it is served in so you don’t have Small cups? We only have large! Also, the Tuesday employee special they never have any pretzels made for that day. It’s always just almond. Stop advertising what you don’t have. This place suck!
Specifically ordered a salted original pretzel. Was told they don’t have any so I would need to get a number 3. I said “ ok I’ll do a number 3 then.” What do I see when I get back to my gate? An unsalted pretzel. Dude has zero brain cells. Nasty plain pretzel
Vegans do not eat here. The counter girl rolled her eyes and said I won’t make anything without butter. First time experiencing this at auntie Annie’s
