Store has very cute vintage diner look, complete with vinyl benches, colorful art, etc. Very nice staff. Only took star off since area itself often has shady people outside. Not that they can help it. Just FYI if you intend to eat there, don't do it in your car.
The service was just OK, take in mind that they are currently short-staffed. With that being said, the food was hot and fresh. I'll definitely be going back.

Great food and root beer served by friendly staff.
Definitely don't recommend. Pretty ghetto here ? the lady was rude and the food was pretty blah. Spent 43$ on just 2 adults 1 kid. I could've gone somewhere else for more food and better service for sure.

My order took way too long for what I ordered.. I ordered the papa burger combo and a salad.. no modifiers or anything... let me start with the time... there was only 1 table sitting inhouse, there was no line at the drive thru, it was just myself and a truck whos order also took an eternity as well to produce. Total time for my food was 22 minutes... is that acceptable? .. absolutely not.. I can see why people don't come here anymore. They didn't have any root beer.. how in the heck can you not have what is in the title of your establishment??!! that was literally the only reason I even wanted to go there was bc I had not had an A&W in years. My burger was missing tomatoes and lettuce.. it straight up looked like a childrens cheeseburger and the fries were in that kids size baggie thing.. I never ordered a kids meal... not even sure if they have that. There was no apology for the wait either. I should have checked my bag before I left but I was just over it at that point after waiting so long. Definitely never coming here again - gone are the good days of A&W/Long John Silvers.

Everyone was so friendly and corrected my order quickly and my food was still hot and fresh. When I went inside, it definitely could have been cleaner since there was only one person inside.

Went to the drive through, and ask afar comes on the burger, and the lady says "papa sauce and vegetables"I ask "what is papa sauce"She says "I don't know"So i ask if she's serious and she says yes, she doesn't know. I just left then. Totally useless. Can't even imagine how bad the food is, if that's how the staff is.

We only went through drive through, and waited in front of restaurant, we're approached by several homeless asking for cash or if I'd buy them food. Will not be going back. Our fries were overcooked. But can't find Diet Root beer by the fountain too many places.
