Although it’s a smaller panaderia all the items we got were fresh. Concha was a bit smaller but was fresh and tasted great! The cookies were yummy and perfect size. The bolillos smelled so good and fresh and came from the back nice and hot ? will be coming here again, just make sure you bring cash they do not accept cards. Yum!
The bread is as close as you're gonna get to authentic Mexican around these parts. While the selection is a bit limited, possibly due to floor space, every item is a hit. The conchas are just heaven when fresh. Bolillos, one of the more humble staples in Mexican bread, are also as perfect as you can find in Dallas County. However, it is also my only sticking point with this place. They never have enough bolillos. I posit they only make enough per day so they hold the rest....
