Baboushi has been at the Exchange Hall for a long time, and for good reason. They offer great bowls or gyros at decent prices. The chicken and steak are well seasoned, and all the toppings they offer taste fresh. This is one of the healthier spots around, and I hope they stay in business for years to come.

This place is my go-to at the Exchange! Incredible flavors, fresh, and great portions… if you’re new to this style of food, I recommend getting a bunch of sauces on the side to see what you like! They will for sure accommodate

This place is located within the AT&T square in middle of downtown. When we went it had only bowls available and we ordered chicken shawarma bowls and lamb bowls. Both were ok and nothing great. The meat was chewy and that spoiled the taste.

Chicken Shawarma bowl was super delicious. All the ingredients were fresh well seasoned and very flavorful. But if you like olives, be sure to have them on the side and not in your bowl as they are not the pitted ones. Otherwise the food was excellent and great value. I am actually craving some now just writing this review lol.

I really enjoyed the food, the service, and the environment.
The team worked very quickly to prepare our food, as well as provide great customer service.

We really enjoyed the loaded fries, which were truly loaded and full of flavor!

My son had the chicken shwarma wrap, and it was also very tasty!

We also had the apricot wings, and I felt they were very tasty and full of flavor as well!

I would highly recommend this place for the amount of food provided for the price

Amazing food and great friendly service. I had the beef shawarma (in a wrap) and it was delicious! My friend had the bowl and it was filled with yummy veggies and lamb that’s been slow cooked and is fork tender. They have all the authentic add-ons and sides too which is rare in my opinion. Go try it!
