It’s our first time at Bad Chicken and it did not disappoint!! The food and service was AMAZING! Baby we came from Tim buck 2 to try the Caesar wraps and wings that we saw on TikTok! Everything was GOODT! Lucy was super nice and helpful with suggestions on what items to try !!! 10 out of 10 I recommend!

The food was amazing, probably one of the best chicken sandwiches i’ve ever heard if not THE best, i loved the outside eating area and the game they have for their customers, only issue if the cashier with the spider web tattoo on his neck that was working on Jan 8th 2026 was extremely passive aggressive, we were new to the restaurant and took some time to decided and multiple times he would ask if we were ready and if we weren’t he would walk away rudely and then while ordering he was rushing us in an aggressive tone, me and the three people with me noticed and were very unhappy with his service but despite his service we really enjoyed the food and restaurant and will be going back.

I missed the old location, this location is not great. It is too small on the inside, no bathroom for customers, tables are dirty, terrible customer service. My husband asked why garlic parmesan wasn’t available, and a guy said it was because they didn’t want to open a new sauce.

The service and food were amazing! I’ve been to this location a few times already. I’ve tried chicken sandwiches, Caesar wrap, burgers, nacho cheese dip and chickens wings from here. I would say the best thing I’ve had will be the chicken wings. I’ve really enjoyed the Buffalo Lemon pepper wings combo they have going on! I also really enjoyed the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. On happy hour they have wings for a $1 in sets of 5. I love that! Will definitely come back for that!
The only thing that sucked this last time I went the women restroom was not working and everyone had to use the men’s restroom. The restroom was filthy! Pee all over the floor and smelled horrible and the toilet was really bad condition. I do understand sometimes things break down but if you are only going to have one working toilet for all guest it should be kept cleaned.
