I had an overall good experience. I came in and ordered a Shark Attack. The staff were polite and fast at making my large sno. However it was pretty light on the amount of syrup used so the flavor was more mild then it should be.

The cleanest and fastest Bahama Buckes I’ve ever been to. Even the bathroom spotless. I’ve NEVER seen a clean smelling good public bathroom. The employees are also very friendly. Makes me wants to drive far to come here all the time.

I was here last night and Tati and Timber-lee were amazing. With this being my first time here they made my experience a 10/10. I recommend coming here if you like a friendly and calming atmosphere (ps. Tati’s snow was amazing perfect amount of juice and toppings)

I had an absolutely terrible experience on 10/13/25, From the moment my friends and I walked in, the employees were rude and unwelcoming—they just stared at us instead of greeting us and demanded our name in a dismissive tone. The customer service was awful. When my friend tried to explain that we didn’t want a flat top on our snow cones, they argued with us instead of simply fixing the order. Later, while we were trying to enjoy our snow cones outside 20 minutes before the closing time the staff started dragging the benches inside, making it obvious they wanted us to leave. It was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. To top it off, they were openly talking about customers instead of doing their jobs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—it was one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had.

Me and my friends went there after hanging out on October 13th 2025 , because we love Bahama bucks, but the staff was very unfriendly and dry no greetings at the door at all. Also let’s not get started on how they kept pointing and laughing at us for absolutely no reason. The snow cones were terrible as well. One of my friends asked for a flat top and she didn’t receive that so she kindly asked if they could remake it, so she can get what she PAYED for one of the girls tried to go back and forth with her saying it was a flat top which it clearly wasn’t. I would NOT recommend this location at all worst experience ever.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience on October 13, 2025. My family and I were trying to enjoy our snow cones outside at 8:41 PM, but the employees began pulling the benches inside, making it clear they wanted us to leave. Their behavior was incredibly disrespectful. To make matters worse, when we asked for a flat top snow cone, we didn't receive it. And we also didn’t receive enough syrup on our snow cones and were treated differently than other customers. Overall, the employees were rude and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Staff bubbly as always. Drinks were completed as soon as we finished ordering. Prices could be cheaper but you definitely get your money's worth. Inside always clean/cozy! Haven't been in months but it was so worth the wait! My children love this place 🫶🏾

I had a free sno cone in the app and they ended up charging me anyway after I asked to confirm it was scanned. (I bought one for my sister who was with me so they charged me for BOTH) I realized in the parking lot that they charged me when I got a notification on my phone and it was double the amount I was expecting. I went back in and asked why I was charged and to give me a refund and instead the manager gave me a free sno cone coupon voucher. That wouldn’t be so terrible except for the fact that I got home and saw they gave me an EXPIRED voucher so it was completely useless. I don’t see why I was refused a refund in the first place but I was in a hurry and I trusted that I could come back with the voucher another time when it wasn’t a special occasion. Very disappointed and I won’t be returning.

I love this place but today I went in today and first of all these two girls had trash bags on. Wearing them. When I was ordering I ordered a Smurfs snow cone. The lady asked the other lady did it come with the spoon and she said it didn’t so the lady at the register added a spoon. And the lady came over there rolling her eyes and yelling at the register lady. She asked nicely and this lady is yelling at her after you said something wrong? She had a pony tail and her name started with an S. I never got a chance to look. whoever this person is should not be working at this place with such an attitude. I hope she gets in trouble for it. She is so unbelievably rude. And the snow cone she made had nothing in it. It was white.
