Good atmosphere, great prices, but I was terribly disappointed in the brisket. It was extremely dry and flavorless. I came here based on the reviews of the brisket itself, many calling it the best in Dallas. But it's not even the best that I have had in a mile radius.
The ribs were good, and like I said the prices were great, so I would be likely to come back again but would not get the brisket.

I had the brisket sandwich plate with potato salad and grean beans. The meat was free of fat and was nice and tender. The potato salad was good. The green beans could use seasoning and the peach cobler was ok. Would come here again.

Hate writing this but best thing was the fries! Brisket is soooooo bland it wasn’t even rubbed with salt and pepper just over smoked flavor not a seasoning in site! Potato salad ok but everything else bland. Definitely not a grain of seasoning in the building. Just look at the dry brisket

We used Baker's Ribs Catering for out departmental event. All the food, especially the ribs were so delicious! We even had some leftovers to enjoy the next day!
A hidden gem near Baylor Hospital. Besides the sliced barbecue sandwich, the potato salad is divine.

Food was delicious. I like their brisket sandwich. Their Mac and cheese has the perfect texture. I order on Uber eats from time to time but I was nearby so I decided to stop in. Everyone was friendly and the place is small but very clean.
