BRANDON is one of the coolest managers that I have ever met. He is very down to earth and yet very caring. He cares himself in such a way. Z was our server and she was also amazing. This is the place I will always go back to because of these two; especially because of Brandon. You can travel all around, and I do, and you will hardly find people that manage a place with such style and Grace as Brandon.

I came here and sat at the bar with my sister Thursday at 4pm/5ish the white bald head dude who works the bar was very rude. My first drink I didn’t like it was salty he argued me down about it before taking the order for another drink…he slide the new drink to me and had an attitude. Later on I ordered a lemon shot that I never got he just kept looking and doing other things. Please reconsider the time you go to this restaurant because the waiter attitude is horrible. He made the atmosphere a little off

SCAM ALERT : BEWARE THEY WILL ADD THEIR OWN TIP AMOUNTS!!!!! Went for a company Christmas dinner. Our server was Josh he was very rude and short tempered. Anytime any of us asked for water, drink modifications etc he'd give us crazy looks as if he's bothered by doing his job. Our company paid for our food and we were responsible for our alcoholic beverages. I ended up paying at the bar with Josh because I did a split payment on 2 cards. A few days have now passed and I notice Josh took it upon himself to add tips on both of my cards for 1 bill. I called and spoke to a Jason who at first couldn't find my payments at all. He then asked to send a screenshot of the transactions on my account. Which I did. Now he's asking for a copy of the physical receipt which I no longer have. He did not offer any type of help whatsoever. I asked for them to play the cameras back because I paid at the bar so I'm sure you can see I only signed the receipts very fast. Im sure you can see my fast signature with no additional writing as if im adding a tip. He said he understands and if I could send him a copy of the receipts once I arrive home. No help no solution whatsoever. He did provide me with the number to corporate which I will be calling tomorrow but other than that I'm completely unsatisfied with nothing being done to help me as the customer at all. I will also be making all my coworkers who were at the dinner aware to check their bank transactions to make sure the same hasn't happened to them. The food was good. Other then that I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY CAN JUST ADD WHATEVER TIP AMOUNT THEY WANT AT THE END OF THE NIGHT. AND THERE NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. I will contact corporate tomorrow morning and give an update after that.

We stopped in for a drink while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. The martinis are delicious 🤤. Several varieties to choose from. I had two. Fantastic! My family had chips and dips with beer. Great service!

This is a new place I have been visiting at least twice a week for the past 3 months! The people are very nice and the food is excellent!
Worst experience of my life will never go back to this location! I told chase the manger as we left I assume he thought I was playing but I will never visit this location ever again!

Bartender could've been more attentive, and 3 of the cocktails we asked for were not in stock, and she would rather not make the drink due to inconvenience of having to get the liquor. So we settled for 2 Blue Moon pints.

The food was kid meal sized for the lunch specials. The sandwiches were childsized and the meat was fully smaller than the bun. 2/10.

Thank you so much to Bar Louie staff for allowing us to hold a memorial / vigil at this location for our friend that recently passed , she was the Artist that painted the mural you see by the entrance of the restaurant ❤️ I wanted to give a special thanks and shout out to Drea , Jasmine and Sierra for their compassion , kindness and most of all care . The memorial was a success thanks to their service and attentiveness!
The food was delicious also!
Will be coming back and recommending this location to many!

After visiting the Arlington location two weeks ago, I must say the this location was a pleasant surprise.
Angelica greeted my fiance and I with a smile. Her attentiveness was top notch. Our wings were great and my chicken sandwich and fries were delicious. My strawberry lemon drop and my fiance drink (Maker's Mark on the rocks) was delicious.
We will return to this location
