Waiter, Malaika, had a bit of attitue problem. Watch her making weird faces after other costumers, and the service was not great. I asked for a coke, it tasted as dish soap and ask her very gently to change the glass, in response I got the bill

Good beer, friendly service, very reasonable price for an airport

Walked in, it was about 25% full. Sat at the bar. Plugged in my laptop & waited. Not a single staff even acknowledged me for 15 minutes. Walked out. If it takes this long to order, I don’t wanna stick around to see how long it takes to check out.

On the plus side, it’s a good place to get a laptop charge.

Gabriel made the best Lemon Drop martini ever! Excellent service!! Relaxing atmosphere. Not obnoxious at all! Very calming!

If I could put no stars I would. My flight was delayed so I just wanted to get a diet Coke and sit for a few minutes. The employee informed me that they were closing in 30 minutes, which was fine. I sat down with my drink, it was wrong and then it took forever for them to notice me to pay my tab, even though I was standing there, and they weren't busy. I told that I was paying my tab, that I ordered a diet Coke and he gave me a regular coke, her said under his breath that it was correct. I gave him $5.00 for a $3.25 tab, although I shouldn't have.

Stopping over at DFW is always challenging. I stopped by here to get a drink and I was very happy instantly. I was greeted by Brandi and she took care of me very well.
If you want to relax, stop by here and get a drink. If you are lucky enough Brandi might be your bartender.

The staff are really nice but, the manager would only show the England Spain match on on TV because she "she could have both screens showing the same thing". The other screen is showing tennis from yesterday. There are many England fans in the bar. Terrible attitude from the manager, she needs to learn from the other staff here.

Nothing like a delayed flight to make you want a beer. So i went to Bar Louie. I don't think I ever paid $12.99 for a beer before but it is in an airport. I had the Shiner Bock which was refreshing. The lines are clean and it was a good visit. Considering the traffic it is a clean establishment and the service is very good! I was frequently asked if i needed anything else which was appreciated. Thank you Bar Louie for giving me better service than American Airlines.

Enjoyed a great meal at Bar Louie. The food was delicious, and the waiters and waitresses were exceptionally friendly and courteous, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. The manager deserves a special shout-out for their outstanding energy and welcoming vibe.10/10 highly recommended!
