Five Stars based on an experience about a year ago. Currently understood they have had a fire, in November?Might be soot around the windows, can't tell where the fire was. But the signs on the door presently don't say they're closed, though American flag is hanging, the parking lot is empty. Sign says: 'Welcome to Barbec's Monday-Saturday 6:30 to 9 and Sunday 7:30 to 2'! Waiting for Google to update the temporarily closed status to come back. Sure hope the staff can overcome this and the pandemic.

Food was ok. Biscuits were as advertised. Only issue us that I was unaware that home fries weren't french fries but instead chopped potatoes. When I told the manager about the misunderstanding she looked at me as if I was from another planet. As if no one else has made the same assumption. A server told me she does that to everyone, even the employees. She did bring me french fries but she wasn't happy about it.

We met with friends at this spot for lunch. my friend recommended this spot. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. Keep it up.

Its pretty sad how much the restaurant has gone down hill. I've eaten here since I was a young child. I will give it a few more chances just because Barbec's is a Dallas Icon but my hopes are not to high unfortunately.

My girlfriend immediately threw up when we left after eating breakfast here. Only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1 is because I liked the food and felt fine.

Everyone at barbacs is great good thing especially the dishwasher Mary was great was a cleaning machine, she was pregnant everything and keeping up with everybody you ever need a hard worker look no further grabber when you can
