never give the discounts company give on every 31st of month across the world. And argue it’s customer responsibility to bring it to their attention about the discount on 31st of every month.there were more than 6 behind counter and none greeted us.ice creams were dry and freezer burned.

I wanted to select NO STAR but it didn't allow me. 10/24/25 Around 4pm- I ordered a large capuchino oreo blast and ask for no oreo cookies but extra cinnamon inside and extra ice But the guy put oreos inside the blender and I told him I didn't want oreos. That if he could do it again because I have diabetes.
I think he got mad because he said he could not put more cinnamon inside.
I asked why not? He said he could not do that. I told him I had not added the oreo cookies but just extra cinnamon but he said no he could not add it inside the blender.
I was upset because since I have diabetes I always ask for more cinnamon it helps me with my sugar. In all the other Baskin Robbin stores that I go I don't have any problems they add it with no issues.
That was not good customer service. I wasn't asking for something difficult to do.
I waited to go home and add more cinnamon. He also didn't fill it to the rim and added very little cream . I felt ripped off because was $7 and change.
I was Very very un happy customer. I came out angry with a sad face. My sister told me what happen your always happy when you get your cappuccino. Well not today. The guy was grumpy, no smile, and rude.
I was paying for something that I did not get the way I wanted it.
That's BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This is a crap location. Man. Would love to go back, but certainly won't. Didn't greet us for about five minutes, and the bathroom was disgusting. Very gross.

Extremely poor customer service with the same staff member four times this year. Once the ice cream was melted and the staff member insisted the icecream is supposed to be melted!!! Second time the scoop was literally 1/3 of regular scoop because the girl serving us did not want to rescoop because the icecream was hard. Third time we ordered a birthday cake , we were charged extra for photo print, when we did not order photo print. Upon asking, she told us we could choose “cheaper designs”. She did refund the extra charge eventually. Fourth time, while paying, something falls on the icecream, I ask her to change the scoop , she takes the icecream cone back, shakes of the icecream from cone and slams a new scoop on the now broken cone and literally throws it into my hands. I haven’t had issues with any other staff in this shop except for this one lady. Next time we see her , we will be leaving and hoping not to have to be served by her ever. I think her name is dahlia or atleast that’s what it said on the latest receipt.

Extremely disappointed. This was my favorite ice cream place. I drive about 25 min to pick up my favorite ice cream. I arrived today at 9:35pm. I was told they put the ice cream away in the freezer at 9:30pm and even though it was still out they couldn’t serve it.

I think the changed tge recipe. I looked it up on google because I used to get baskin robbins all the time but now it taste horribly cheap. Apparently they're using more gums. Xanthan gum & etc. The text wasn't even like ice cream more so like a whipped topping/ marshmallow cream.

Im big on customer service. After telling the young lady my cone was bad...unbreakable bad. She stated I was wrong and that she made them fresh same day. Because I was with my daughter and the location was packed...I paid for both items and put the second one in the trash due to it being the same texture. Secondly, how she handled another customer while handling mine...its a no for me. I'll just find another location.

Extremely rude staff, specifically the manager Melissa. I watched her berate an employee for giving “too much ice cream” while during a rush. She also just stood back and watched the entire time, seemingly ready to attack any small mistake an employee made. Completely turned me off.The employees were mostly fine, but the manager Melissa was so bad. If she’s that bad in front of customers how is she behind closed doors? Can’t be good.
