Extremely rude staff, specifically the manager Melissa. I watched her berate an employee for giving “too much ice cream” while during a rush. She also just stood back and watched the entire time, seemingly ready to attack any small mistake an employee made. Completely turned me off.The employees were mostly fine, but the manager Melissa was so bad. If she’s that bad in front of customers how is she behind closed doors? Can’t be good.

You have to try the brownie sundae! It’s amazing. Me and my family love to go to this location because the employees are always so nice & it’s always very clean. The workers will gladly let you try the ice cream and make sure you try the flavor of the month. I also purchase my ice cream cakes at this location & Valerie always does an amazing job decorating them.

Chocolate chip shake. A LARGE chocolate chip shake. What else could I drink and then drive after my Texas Aggies ran out of time leaving me to look at a dismal Won-Loss record? It helped fill the hole in my heart. (Too bad I broke the straw and had to play the straw like a flute to drink the shake while driving due to the hole in the straw's side.)Ags didn't do well and I gained 5 lbs. Life. What a great shake!

Place was clean but the young lady who was behind the counter had nails that were longer than the actual scoop. They were also bedazzled. I just don't want to see someone serving me food when their nails reach the food before a serving utensil.

I order ice cream on Uber Eats and it came in a plain white paper bag with half the serving and no seal at all! Totally unsafe! Anyone can tamper with an unstapled or open item!When I called the store they didn't care and told me to call Uber Eats!Never ordering again from here!And I like the name 31 flavors better!

She was very knowledgable about her ice cream flavors and was polite throughout our whole interaction. I believe her name was Brynn, she was outstanding, this lady needs a raise!

I get one scoop of peanut butter and chocolate as one scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough in a rainbow sprinkle chocolate dipped sugar cone. It literally is epic and so addicting! When I consume it, I am in heaven! I highly recommend!

Placed an order through Uber Eats for two quarts of pre-packed ice cream. When the driver arrives, they tell him they’re out of one of the flavors. He tells me they can cancel the order or I can choose a different flavor. I asked him if they could scoop the same ice cream that was supposed to be pre-packed from the ice cream they have in the store to sell as scoops into a container instead. They refused!!! I called the store and spoke with the young lady working and she said it’s against their policy to sell the scooped ice cream in place of the pre-packed. Since this was a mistake on their end for not updating their online ordering availability, I asked if they’d make an exception. She refused and even called the Owner/Manager Melissia Chow to ask her…she also refused. I was given her personal cell number 469-693-2078 and told I could call her today. I called this morning and spoke with her. She again refused and said it was against this store’s policy, not Baskin Robbins, to substitute the in store product for the pre-packed ice cream even when it’s their mistake. There’s a small cost difference and they’re not willing to assist the customer to make it right. I would’ve taken less product in a smaller container to make this right. Instead Melissia Chow decided saving a few cents was more important than making this experience better and fixing a problem they created by not updating their product availability online. Because of this decision…my family went without ice cream on the night we were expecting to enjoy a treat, she loses a customer over a few pennies saved on her end, will lose more customers based on word of mouth and has a complaint filed with the Baskin Robbins Corporate Office. I hope she really thinks about this the next time she says her 20 years of ownership makes her great at customer service. This could’ve been resolved by simply putting a couple of scoops of the same ice cream in a smaller cup….Melissia Chow decided against this.
