That ice cream was clearly freezer burned. For what they are charging, they need to do better.

Ordered two scoops; chocolate peanut butter and Twix $8.38 same as a Quart and they were the smallest scoops and not filled up( a few bites at most). On top of that they had gone bad, had frozen ice in them and freezer burn taste. Clearly wasn’t fresh ice cream. Tried to use receipt to let them know and the store code doesn’t even work. Is this still a legit business? And someone, a manager or someone needs to check the ice cream that has spoiled.

I see all the other bad reviews but I don't follow the crowd and can only speak for my experience. Maybe I'm the exception but for MY experience they did right by me. That's the truth for my experience. 5 stars.

Don’t waste your time. I was informed they don’t have enough ice cream to make a shake. 31 flavors and apparently not a single one is any form of chocolate.

Terrible! Worker was on her phone (personal call) the entire time taking our order. Took over 10 minutes to make one shake with no other customers.

Went to buy a freeze (Pepsi and vanilla) that I usually buy in any other store but staff didn’t know what was it. They even told me that they don’t carry Pepsi at that location.

This place almost ruined my birthday. I ordered an ice cream birthday cake from the BR website 48 hours in advance, but when I showed up at the scheduled time to pick it up, I was told they hadn't even made it! The only female staff in the store had no clue about anything! After the manager made a call, they refunded me, but it was in cash—she wouldn't even let the money go back to my bank account. I wasted nearly half an hour at this store. While I was there, I even saw cockroaches under the counter. Absolutely disgusting place, never coming back.

I think the changed tge recipe. I looked it up on google because I used to get baskin robbins all the time but now it taste horribly cheap. Apparently they're using more gums. Xanthan gum & etc. The text wasn't even like ice cream more so like a whipped topping/ marshmallow cream.

What I ordered vs. what I got lol. Not at all what I had in mind when I placed the order. It looks like a big muffin or a loaf of bread with icing that a child put together. If I wanted a cake that looked like this, I would’ve taken my 5yo nephew up on his offer to do it. This HAS to be a joke. Is this my punishment for Michael Jackson and Bill Cobbs dying on my birthday?
I ordered a birthday cake on the app for pick up two days in advance! I arrived and the cake was not available due to power outages I understand am good with the why I believe it’s acceptable! What hi have a problem with is they can text me every hours with specials but can’t text me to say my order is not gonna be ready to save me the time and the drive
