The people who serve are bad people, rude, one speaks to them and it is as if no one was speaking to them and they are doing nothing, I asked them to borrow the bathroom and they are as if I had spoken to the wall, I do not recommend it and I will not return either to that place

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Last 3 times they have not gotten the order correct. First 2 times half of the order was wrong. This last time the whole order was wrong. All times they Never put Any toppings on the Sundaes.

I love Baskin Robbins, as I have been a fan of their Daquiri Ice flavor for years!!!! This is the closest local Baskin Robbins & I have many memories at this location. The last three times I have been, the staff hasn’t been super friendly. They are very young & don’t seem happy to be there. I hope the company can encourage them to enjoy serving ice cream to others… and give them a sweet reminder that people love to get ice cream to celebrate, or cheer up after a long day?!!!
They slinging scoops of sadness
Delicious ice cream and plenty of flavors as usual! Staff was preparing to close but accommodated our family coming in late which was greatly appreciated. Maybe it was due to being close to closing hours but the facility was a bit messy/dirty.

Physically and mentally.
They value no one else's time and move as slow as humanly possible.
They can't even pour a cup of cold brew for Christ's sake.
Avoid at all costs if you have anything to do with your life
The girl at the front was really rude. She didn’t say hi or anything just asked me “what do you want” . I then asked her a question and she answers with an attitude and smart remark. She then proceeds to go to the back and is there for so long with so many customers in the front, I ended up leaving and didn’t even order.

Customer service is dead! Came here a few months ago maybe 10 minutes to closing. Pulled up, stepped out, They turned the lights off! Thought to myself, that could not have just happened. I came today, stood a few minutes, no communication from the cashier. She was counting money and didn't greet me! Finally a young man cleaning the glass in the restaurant asked if I needed help. He told the cashier what I wanted and she responded to him but acted as if i wasnt there ! He told another girl and she served me. Cashier still had attitude when I checked out. I have fond childhood memories of Baskin Robbins. Looks like those memories are just that...memories. Customer service here is trash!!!!

The ice cream is great! If it wouldn’t be for that I would nott in a definitely no way go to a place where the hosts are…..with an attitude of “your presence bothers me!”One of the ladies with her earplugs, called her 7 times in different ways no reaction. The other one was bothered by my question “where should I order? Here at the cashier or at the other window?”- and that was to make her job easier or to know where to stand. The education that this location offers is rejecting. Where parents lack in providing good values and principles ; the company or owner should step in. Nobody called them to come to work, they applied; if they don’t like it they can leave. We the customers aren’t responsible for their inner happiness or decisions so please find something that you like and make everyone happy starting with you.
