Baskin Robbins never disappoints! Their ice cream is always creamy, flavorful, and incredibly fresh. I love that they offer such a wide variety of flavors—whether I’m in the mood for something classic like Pralines ‘n Cream or something fun and seasonal, there’s always something new to try. The staff are friendly, the store is always clean, and the portions are generous for the price.

I order Uber eat today for first time the ice-cream is $10 something but i didn't eat you send me guys melt ice-cream isn't good like that

I’ve gone to several Baskin-Robbins in the metroplex, this location is by far my favorite one, today, Emma took care of us, she was very polite and super friendly to my 6 year old niece, 5 star customer service!

Love the staff at this location. However I think there needs to be an adjustment on the ownership/ management side. Everytime I go in, I try to tip it always says “tip exceeds allowed amount”. Come on $5 is too much? Really? It’s honestly really disgusting on management to make that a thing. When asking the staff tonight they just said “that’s how it is working it.” As someone who doesn’t carry cash and likes to tip (especially when staff is noticeably in HS/College) it really disappoints me that management has set that up when the staff is MORE than deserving of tips. It’s extremely unfair to the staff.

The people who serve are bad people, rude, one speaks to them and it is as if no one was speaking to them and they are doing nothing, I asked them to borrow the bathroom and they are as if I had spoken to the wall, I do not recommend it and I will not return either to that place

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Last 3 times they have not gotten the order correct. First 2 times half of the order was wrong. This last time the whole order was wrong. All times they Never put Any toppings on the Sundaes.
