I flew into Dallas love field earlier today and decided to stop at this location and the cashier I think her name was somekia I’m not quite sure but she was short with dreadlocks she was so helpful and her customer service was top tier. She was friendly and very helpful.

Went into Baskin yesterday May 13th and was able to get help from the worker Somekia she was very sweet and attentive asked questions to make sure my order is correct and I truly appreciate it will definitely return

Careful, baskin dog bark and bite. An attendant named Somelkia (or some close to that), bad attitude, bad character, bad modals, angry, not sure what reason other than don't like to attend clients. I think she should be a better fit as a guardian dog, rather than a customer attendant.

employee here was so rude, she had a bad attitude. she didn't even looked up and kept yelling at me from across the cashier area to take my order and kept yelling the same questions at me. she talked down to me, like she hates customers and hates her job. then she was passive aggressive handing me my order. it seems like airport restaurants employees rather be rude to you so you'd leave and go to the next restaurant so they don't have to serve you.

This location is not temporarily closed. It’s open and they gave my MIL the worse customer service. She ordered two scoops of ice scream separately. When she asked for lids the woman proceeds to tell her that they have none and they were right next to her and when my MIL stated the obvious this woman told her $.49 for lids and a bag and asked if she had to bag them…. Smh

Employees so lazy they stop making milkshakes hours before they close. Hire better people.

4.30am and they don't have chocolate flavor??‍♀️??‍♀️? what a joke!

Says $3.99.. tried to charge me $17.99
Rude employees trying to rip people off, no thanks..

Open, half the ice cream is covered and they won’t scoop it, refused to make a milk shake, BARELY speaks English, why bother? And you’ve got a 2nd location 200 feet away that’s closed? You should just shut em down. Why bother???

7:20pm and you said you can’t make a milkshake because you are about to close?

How can an ICE CREAM shop run out of VANILLA Ice Cream???
