Great service, clean,
The people in there were super sweet and patient this is a good location hope it never leaves.
Great!
Staff works fast. You’re in and out. The ice cream flavors are great!
Clean location with friendly staff and good choices.
Have been coming for the past 4 years here.
Every single time, we are greeted when we walk in by the staff. They are always super attentive and helpful with any questions.
You can sample ice cream before vomiting to 1 of the many flavors they have on hand.
I always get the recess Sunday. .
If you want a bday ice cream cake or pints of ice cream to go, they have them ready to go always !.
Establishment is always clean and well kept, so no rush to leave. You can always sit inside and eat your desert 😉

The presentation was awesome, the polar pizzas were stocked, and the customer service was amazing. Guy was super kind. Great experience.
I have been coming to this location For almost 23 years. Kirk is absolutely the best at taking care of the store I’ve basically grown up with him. But the reason why I’m writing this review is because of their employee, Kevin. We came on a Sunday afternoon for a little pick me up and we ended up leaving mid order due to an emergency of our doggo getting out in the rain. We were in such a rush, and Kevin was so understanding and such a sweetheart for not charging my son with his ice cream cone. Unfortunately, we did not end up finding our doggo. Kevin’s kindness did not go unnoticed. Absolutely spectacular people work here. We returned and thanked Kevin for his generosity And found ourselves absolutely delighted with Jaylah as well. Keep doing y’all guys. Food is always up to par and the warm atmosphere will always keep us coming.

Look. We literally live within walking distance and we keep trying to love it here. We can't. However, we probably would have just kept trying for the foreseeable future simply because it's close if not for our experience last night.
First we walked in and I asked if they had soft serve. Honestly I knew they most likely didn't but I wondered if maybe there was something they made that may require it. It was a long shot, but my youngest has Down Syndrome and is pretty food specific. It was simply a question that could have had a simple and kind answer.
The young lady that answered have me an incredibly rude look and the sharpest rudest no ever. I could have overlooked it if not for the continued service.
We had a very simple order. 3 of those little cups with sprinkles and wizard hats. A small root beer float and a single scoop on a sugar cone.
It literally took 20 minutes. Why? Because in between making SINGLE SCOOPS of ice cream they would stop and fulfill other orders. Sometimes two people sometimes a single person. Literally 3 other orders were fulfilled. I would have been ok if it was one employee and they were trying to do multiple things at once, but there were multiple employees. Someone definitely could have scooped our ice cream while someone else scooped someone elses.
Honestly, it seemed like they were purposely not making our order. At one point I thought she was done and I stood by the register when I realized she still had not made my mom's SINGLE SCOOP of ice cream. I mentioned it, and I'll admit there may have been a tone. And the young lady just looked at me and waved me away and said "the guy behind you needs to pay"
To be fair, the man behind me was mortified. This was becoming a whole thing.
I finally actually said something at this point. I was just going to let this all go because I had my kids and mother with me but it had come to a head being waved away...so I told her we had been here 20 minutes for literal single scoops of ice cream...the most difficult thing we had asked for was to open the root beer bottle.
She said "we do one per group, that's policy."
I'm not exaggerating. This statement has been running through my head since last night. I'm still not even sure what it means. At that point I had to keep my own mother from losing her cool because what even was happening? It's ice cream, not free samples at Costco. We're paying.
At the end of the day we paid for our ever over priced ice cream. Left. And won't be back. We'll make the 5 extra minute trek to braums where they literally just make the ice cream and let you pay and go home.

Do not order specialty cakes. I was in the area for the holidays. I placed an order online for the turkey cake. When I picked it up, the clear cellophane window had cardboard and right before I left, the worker peeled it off and due to the glare it looked okay. However when I opened it, I was shocked. If the workers cannot decorate this style of cake, it should not be sold there. Dealing with the corporate office for the refund was a nightmare
