Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!If I could give this place zero stars I wouldI ordered a cake 04/09 for a birthday (which I paid for that day)They asked when I would want to pick it upI mentioned 04/14.I got to the location @4:26pm to see a “closed” sign due to low inventoryI did not receive a CALL from them letting me know of anything! And now they don’t even open until TUESDAY! This is very unacceptable! And I did not think to have a plan b!This is the 2nd horrible experience at this location!

messed up my entire cake. i asked for a white sheet cake with pink frosting, yet i got a chocolate with brown frosting. looks a bit rushed too. at least it tastes okay… tell the cake decorator to learn to read.
Very good customer service on the phone & in person..& the cake was very pretty & delicious & itwas handed off with care :)...they even opened it before I took it ! Until next time ~

Baskin-Robbins is really the best. They have cakes, ice cream cakes, smoothies, milkshakes, brownies, sundaes, and of course ice cream! They're so many flavors to pick and choose from sometimes you're unsure! The Employee's there are really nice and patient and you can ask them for a sample. There's different ice cream cones and extras to put on top. They have tons of flavors for anyone, they also have different serving opinions to pick from. I really recommend the ice cream cakes so good that I got one for my birthday ?. Was my childhood ice cream place ❤️. I hope you can have a similar experience to mine. ?

The dirtiest Baskin Robbins, empty ice cream tubs on top of opens new ones. I asked the manager (Desire) who had a terrible attitude if there was a new Pralines and she said no. She wanted to serve me from the most disgusting ice cream tub I have ever seen. The floor was super dirty, I’m not even going to talk about their serving tables. On top of being nasty, the employee's customer services match the conditions by being rude, yelling, and treating clients in a rush. They don’t even have almonds the managers are a terrible job supplying the store with the things they are selling. I’m convinced no one overseas this Baskin-Robbins.
