There’s a reason for these great views. Such an intimate restaurant with such originality. Food was amazing. Expresso martini was the best I’ve ever had. My waitress was Bri and she did an amazing job.

It's Tuesday and they were out of escargot and bolognese. It's Tuesday! The shortrib is the star of the dish and it's shredded!? May as well be pot roast. Carbonara was way, way, way, way too cheesy. No balance to that plate at all. 3 apps, 2 entrees, 2 drinks. $280.00 w/tip
It appears that the responder is incorrect and has mistook my table for another. I will gladly schedule a meeting with the responder to provide my receipt of purchase. You have the name check the receipt. And a public apology will suffice.

We were absolutely blown away by the service and quality of food. We felt like royalty from the moment we walked in the door. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and feels like a warm hug. You need to plan to arrive hungry because you will want to try every single thing on the menu.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Swank! Chef Luke and his wife Geni have crafted the perfect combination of an intimate neighborhood restaurant that feels very European with Southern hospitality. Our service was fantastic and I’ll be thinking about this food for a long time. Highly recommend trying as many dishes as you can because we were surprised and delighted by each thing we tried. Of note, the team was extremely considerate of my food allergies and went out of their way to ensure I could have a delicious and safe meal. As someone who loves food (and hates my allergies), this was a hugely significant gesture to me.

Generally we enjoyed our experience. Drinks were good (they offer mocktail options) and our main plates of the short rib pasta and the bolognese were great. Unfortunately, our starters, although okay, fell short. We ordered the whipped ricotta with sour dough. It was good but probably didn't need the zucchini on it, and there wasn't enough bread to ricotta ratio, so we had to pay for more bread. We also got a cesaer salad that, to be honest, we've made better at home. We also had asked our server the size and she said they're smaller individual portions so we should get two, but they ended up being full portions so felt like a waste of food and money as we wanted to save room for the main course. Although our server was nice, they did go missing a lot, and we were there for an hour before we got our main course. Maybe someone called off because it seemed like all staff wore multiple hats, but we waited a little too long for our meals. We loved the live music, and the atmosphere was romantic and relaxing. We'll definitely come back because we feel food wise we probably just made some bad choices, but hoping for a little better service next time.

Such a beautiful quaint ambience! Although my order wasn’t exactly correct, they offered several times to correct it. The customer service was exceptional and I definitely plan on coming back soon.

I had the vegetarian pasta, and I only wish I could remember which salad I ordered because the two paired together to create such a delicious, savory meal. Thank you to the Rodgers family for always ensuring an excellent dining experience. This cozy restaurant is highly recommended for a date night or a lunch outing with friends!

My dad is at the hospital up the street and I walked in looking for a good meal because I couldn’t take the hospital cafeteria food anymore. Wow. What an amazing place. I’ve never been anywhere like it and I love this place already after my first time. Food was spectacular and service was amazing with an atmosphere that matches. Thank you Swank.

Excellent husband and wife run restaurant in Oak Cliff near Bishop Arts specializing primarily in Italian fare. I highly recommend the whipped ricotta appetizer, but our entrees (lamb shank and short rib ragu) were both excellent as well!

For a great time, I highly recommend Swank - A Neighborhood Restaurant. We will be going back in the near future. Can't wait, because we feel so welcomed at Swank.
Chef Luke and Eve...keep up the great work. You do Dallas proud!
I can't list one favorite because there are so many things to love here. The charcuterie board is a great value. Its fun to have a place to enjoy nosh nosh or we can have a meal. The desserts are great also. The Italian specialties will keep you coming back again and again. Kids really love the meatballs and the pasta dishes. This chef even has great burger.
I forgot to tell you, every now and then there is live music here. It adds to the romance.

I have no words to express how good the food was. It was amazing and I wish they were closer to where I live so I could come more often. My husband and I ordered the Arancini, Braised Short Rib and Parmesan Cream, Wagyu Beef and Truffle Ravioli, and the seasonal Miso Glazed Sweet Potato. All were truly to die for. We also ordered alcoholic beverages, the metropolitan and the mojito. Both were excellent. The atmosphere is very homey and comfortable. I highly recommend this place anyone who likes Italian food, or food in general really. Its delicious.
