Great experience at Benihana in Dallas! The hibachi was excellent—high-quality food, perfectly cooked, and a fun, engaging experience all around. Everything was fresh and flavorful, exactly what you expect from a solid hibachi spot.
The night was made even better by the amazing company at our table, which really added to the overall experience. As a guest of the Westin across the street, I knew about the 25% hotel guest discount and had to ask for it, but it was applied without any issues.
Great food, lively atmosphere, and a good value when staying nearby. Definitely recommend if you’re in Dallas!

I would never come here again and I wouldn’t request anyone I know to either. When I called to make the reservation I was told I could come for the lunch special. I was never told it was unavailable on the weekend. Then we had to wait for 35 minutes for a table to be available when we had reservations and was on time. When I asked to speak with a manager CJ, the manager came to the table and was not accommodating at all.Also, it is extremely cold in there. I do not believe they have working heat. We waited so long for someone to even come and take our order. We left and will not ever return.

Was not impressed chef acted tired I didn’t get the full experience he barely had what he needed to cook and shorted our food it was my birthday and I wish I never went here.
UPDATE they some liars and don’t care about there customers they told me they was gone contact me and never did but if you want a good experience go somewhere else they chef’s be to tired to entertain

I had a great experience at Benihana! I went in for dinner and ordered the Benihana Delight, and it was absolutely delicious. The food was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and the entire hibachi experience was fun and enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming.
The only downside was that toward the end of our meal, we felt a bit rushed. We had an 8:30 reservation and the restaurant was running slightly behind, which we were completely understanding about. Because things started a little later, we ended up finishing just past closing time — not by choice, but due to the delayed start. It would’ve been nice to feel a little more relaxed during those final moments.
Overall though, the food was amazing, the staff was kind, and I would definitely come back again!

WORST JAPANESE STEAKHOUSE.!
I suggested my family to go eat there because of the type of food they make, but the service is really terrible, the chef took more than 1 hour to cook all the food and the order in which he cooks the meats is the wrong one, I don’t know if it was new or that’s just their way of doing it, but we are supposed to be paying to have a rich and good experience...
I don’t recommend them, they take a long time to attend to you and to cook things.!

First time coming to benihana but I love hibachi restaurants. Out of all the hibachi restaurants I've been to in my life this was the worst experience I've ever had. Bland seasoning very little vegetable variety and the chef was lackluster and provided no energy, enthusiasm, or theatrics that I'm used to experiencing with my hibachi cooking experience. The chicken was dry with no flavor and the amount of onion to zucchini ratio was frustrating to the point that it was comical. I hate that this was my first experience but I'll make sure it's my last.

I've never finished my food at a restaurant and not had a take home box! Ordered the chicken hibachi, it was like half a chicken breast, 1/4th of a zucchini, and a whole onion for $35. (zucchini and onion are your veggies). $2 extra for one ounce of sauce if you dont want bland salt and peper grilled chicken. There was only one trick, the fire in the onion and thats it. Very overpriced for the amount of food you get. Go to literally any other hibachi.

both Neisha (server) and Chef Kendall were awesome!!!! she was super patient with us and very accommodating!!!! Chef was kind enough to make my mother’s veggie dish before any meat hit the spatula n grill!!! (a first for us) VERY SWEET and thoughtful!!! i’d come back for these two any day! … we come every year tonight for my brother birthday- and this is by far the best service and experience yet!!! THANK YOU! hope to see you next year
