What an amazing time! Celebrating my husbands birthday and meeting a great group of people at our Teppan style sitting. The food was delicious!! Tasty! Seasoned and cooked to perfection in front of hours eyes. 5 and 6 course meals of yumminess. Too much food lol. This is a must to visit.

My experience was amazing! We came in a little bit later in the night. It did take a little while for the chef to come to us considering how busy they were. Once he got out to us it made everything worth it. Aurson (sorry if it’s misspelled) was amazing. He was super funny & entertaining the entire time. 10/10 !

Went in at noon to the bar. Bartender not friendly at all. When I got my soup it was hair in there. She just “oh!” Took it brought another w an apology. By this time I’m over and the lunch has come out the chicken was so rubbery it was sad, it could have just been the bad taste in my mouth from the hairy soup but either way she called the manager, KEVIN! Across the restaurant.. can you void she doesn’t want her lunch. I still paid 10$ for the Saratoga but it was just unprofessional and distasteful! Literally distasteful!!!

We went last Friday to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday. The experiencie was incredible. The chef was not only skilled at the grill but also incredibly attentive to every detail of our order. He listened carefully, made sure everything was cooked exactly the way we wanted, and kept us entertained throughout with his fun energy and great cooking show.

The food was delicious. From the fresh chicken, shrimp and tender steak to the perfectly seasoned fried rice. The combination of excellent food and friendly staff made our night special.

I am never one to write reviews but this deserves one- I could go on and on about how bad our experience was here. First of all, it took 45 minutes for our waiter to come get our drink order. We were there for a total of 2.5 hours, and the place wasn’t very busy. We spent $80 for two people only, both got water, no appetizer, and each got a hibachi chicken meal. The waiter came back and asked if we needed refills for the first time, 2 hours in. My boyfriend did not even receive his rice until WE asked where it was AFTER the chef was done cooking and was leaving. Also, the place was disgusting. The grill beside us had grease dripping onto the floor and stuck to the grill. Our grill had old food sitting on it from the people before, so I assume it didn’t get cleaned after them. Never returning.

Overpriced bland food and the hibachi experience is not what it used to be. I had to ask the waitress for things multiple times until I finally just gave up. The smaller chain hibachi restaurants are much better.

Came to Benihana for a solo birthday lunch and babyyyy… it was ALL the vibes 🎉✨

From the moment I walked in, the views were gorgeous and the customer service was top tier. Everyone was hands-on, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special. The chef did his thing on the grill 🔥 — food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

And shoutout to Kandace, our server! She was so warm, helpful, and truly made the experience even better.

10/10. If you’re looking for great energy, amazing food, and service that makes you feel celebrated — this is it. 💛✨

I’ve eaten at Benihana 75-100x in my life… this was by far the the worst experience I’ve ever had. Instant upsells, basically caught an attitude from the waiter, and then the chef (who put on basically no show at all) said no more than 3 words the entire time and barely did any of the “performance” which is why we come here anyway. Worst $330 I’ve ever spent… even after speaking to the manager, not even offered ice cream. Rushed out the door… given togo boxes while we were eating.

Just like some of the people below I curbside ordered two orders of fried rice one serving each order was scheduled to be ready at 6:28, I didn’t want to be that customer so I waited 15 minutes to call inside. The woman on the phone could not locate my order and it seemed as though she was annoyed that she got asked to do her job. I proceeded to wait until 7 pm when I had to use the restroom so I go inside and not a single GREETING when I enter. I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes in my car and the worker who brought me my food did not say a single sorry NO ONE DID ITS ACTUALLY FUNNY!! I served through college and never in my life would you ever catch us acting this unprofessionally nor allow a customer to wait for 40 minutes after their pickup time without apologizing, and our food was half the price than yalls!!! I get that you may be having a bad day or you hate your job but when people are spending their hard earned money and they get treated like that its just gross. I haven’t been here since before Covid and I see it really did a number on the staff of this location.
