The atmosphere was amazing and service was very prompt. I want to give a big shout out to Jordan who was my server. She was was very attentive, precise, and thorough with my order. She even have great recommendations on what to order, so she is very knowledgeable as well. I recommend asking for her directly because she is just that good at what she does.

I went for lunch and Aaron was our chef. He was amazing, the food was delicious. Love the experience!!! The only thing I did not like, is that my shrimp was not cleaned. But other than that, it was a good experience! ( lunch time is way better than dinner)

Worst Benihana in Dallas. Service is always slow, chef's do not know how to cook the food and make it juicy. Everything was dry despite me asking for extra garlic butter. They didn't even offer the sauces without asking. Trust me, go to the one in Las Colinas only!!

DO NOT go here unless you love waiting 30 plus minutes for your food and to sit down at your table. I came here a couple weeks ago and I had a reservation for about 22 people. They weren’t ready at all and we got to Benihana at 6 but didn’t even sit down until 6:30. They were ‘preparing the tables’ but if I had a reservation shouldn’t the tables already been prepared? The our waiter was lovely but everyone else was so rude. I had called earlier about hibachi and the manager told me it would take less than 45 minutes for hibachi. When we sat down to eat they told us it would take about 2 hours. We had to get to an event after dinner so we had to skip hibachi and eat sushi instead. We also had to wait for 30 more minutes because they only had one sushi chef there. I’m very disappointed because I was excited to try hibachi for the first time but this restaurant is terrible. I planned the entire reservation and was so stressed out by this reservation and they should have been way more prepared for a large party. Please go to another hibachi restaurant if you value your time.
