Restaurant was oddly hot even on a mild day, bagels were EXTREMELY mediocre. Blueberry tasted like a grocery store bagel at best, and I have no clue what happened with the "plain," bagel but it was square and bread textured. I assume this was a different type of bagel I got without being told.
Prices are much too high for this quality.

The food here was terrible. It took them 25 minutes just to make a bagel sandwich. When I got the bagel, it was COLD. And on top of that, the cashier was extremely rude.

bagel was good. something to keep in mind, the place is definitely pro-Israel (they had various flyers up asking for money and things to support the Israeli troops.) the floors and tables were DIRTY. See the corners where the floors meet the counter walls.

I have been coming here for about 6 months now. I love their breakfast bagels. Today Marco took his customer service above and beyond. My car would not start in the parking lot. Marco came out and helped me jump my car. Wonderful customer service and great food! I would recommend calling in your order if you don’t want to wait. They are busy and understandably!

I ordered online and sent my payment through Zelle at 12:22 PM. When I arrived at 12:40 PM, my ordered had not even been started. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes for an egg wrap. I don’t ever expect complimentary treats, but 20 minutes for an egg wrap is ridiculous. Once I was called to get my order, the workers were dismissive. I love the Greenville location, but I will NOT be returning to this location.
