It was OK could've been better. Service was horrible. We got there at seven. Had to ask for a check. The guy never came table. Try to charge us for tortillas. Poor Customer service, really loud, horrible service then gratuity added without consent

Unfortunately the service has taken a dive here. Food came out missing items requested. No one came to check on us. Had to flag someone down and they ignored us.

Great visit, as always! Betos never disappoints.. great food, great service, and a beautiful patio to enjoy this sunny Spring weather. We had their awesome shrimp ceviche tower to start, along with a couple of delicious margaritas. The ceviche was full of tender, flavorful shrimp, veggies, and spicy sauce...amazing! For the entrée we shared the carnitas tacos...best carnitas in town!!Service is always friendly and efficient. We'll be back again and again... great job!!

First time eating and you can tell it's a popular spot. This business had the most patrons of any on a Monday afternoon. The music was a little loud. But that's how we do it here in TEXAS. BIGWhite queso was amazing and 5.50 for a cervesa. Yes, please!

This was my 1st time trying Beto & Son, and I wasn't disappointed. Cassandra was our server, and she was amazing. She was VERY thorough and explained and recommended great options for us to try based on what she likes. We had the Queso Fundido and it was ??. Get it you will NOT be disappointed. We also had the Chicken Fajitas which I didn't get a pic of because they were just that darn good. We also had 2 Prickly Pear frozen Margaritas. I had mine with a Tajin rim... I'm spicy lol.

Outstanding Mexican food in Trinity Groves. The combination fajitas were great! And first time visitors must try the signature margarita. Reliable and consistent are good words to describe Beto and

Parking sucked at 4pm on a Saturday.Upon arrival the hostess said our wait would be 30 minutes. I looked around and half the tables were empty. As soon as my husband mentioned going somewhere else boom they have availability. The food was expensive and mediocre at best. No one really ate their food. The waiter was slow to do anything. And there were so many employees. We’re just going to avoid eating downtown from now on. We’re always disappointed.

The food options on the menu sound good. But the food tastes like your uncles food who thinks he can cook real good. I think the drinks might be better from what I saw. The server we had was great. Overall, I would try something different. I had the barbacoa tacos. I don’t know how they seasoned it, but it was not your typical southern barbacoa.

I ate my dinner a little fast, and the moment I was done the waiter came over to ask us if we needed boxes for the rest of our food (while my wife was clearly still eating). He then came back three times in literally five minutes to offer us boxes and see if we wanted the check. We weren't lingering for an especially long time. We were just trying to enjoy our meal as one normally would. It kind of ruined the entire experience. The food was decent though, I liked the fajita skillet and the guac, but it's not worth enduring the poor hospitality.
