It was my friend’s and I’s first time at Beverly’s and we can’t wait to return. We were served by Latisha and Daria and they were so incredibly sweet. The restaurant hooks you with the service and gets you with the food. I had a Matzah Ball Soup and a half Cesar Salad for brunch and my taste buds were ecstatic!
We used to come to Bev’s often for brunch and we stopped but I couldn’t remember why. We went back for brunch with a few friends and now I remember that it’s because we pay $80 for two people with no alcohol. The food is good but not $80 for eggs good.
The food is excellent as expected. However, we felt the service fell a bit flat today.
We were seated next to an intoxicated group who was very loud and inappropriate, and when I brought this to the team lead’s attention, she offered very little apology and essentially said there was nothing she could do, aside from relocating us from our table (at nine months pregnant and with a toddler). A more appropriate solution would have been to ask the other group...
