We hosted our wedding at The Carlisle Room, where Beyond the Box is the exclusive caterer. Beyond the Box offers creative, unique, and delicious options for any pallet. For our wedding we started with 3 types of hors d'oeuvres (sweet chili meatballs, jambalaya cakes, and mac & cheese cakes) which were probably all my favorite part of the meal. For dinner we went non-traditional and had three stations (chicken & waffle, sliders, and pasta) - and they were a huge hit with our guests! Finally, we went off-menu with "milk and cookie shooters" which they made specifically for us. Their ability to create and execute is fantastic. We would highly recommend Beyond the Box for any of your catering needs.

I had Beyond the Box Weddings cater my wedding reception at the Dallas Arboretum in August 2019. I contacted many different vendors for pricing, options, etc. and Megan de Farcy from Beyond The Box immediately stood out as the best manager/administrator. Her responses were prompt, professional, reasonable and best of all - when I gave her a list of things I wanted changed, information about, etc. she would answer EVERY DETAIL. That, combined with their fair pricing, full service catering, and wide good range of menu options led me to choose them to cater our reception, and I am so glad that I did. We did the "Italian buffet" with a lot of custom options (which the FREE taste testing really helped us sculpt our menu), and the food was delicious. I asked Megan if they could do some sort of a custom braised beef short rib in a red sauce for a beef dish, and they absolutely crushed it. I had many tell me how good the food was - from the roasted vegetables, to the chicken Parmesan and many, many people that loved the braised beef short rib (myself including, my mouth is watering right now...). That's just talking about the food - I also had Beyond the Box run the bar, set up linens, etc. and they were extremely flexible and exceeded my expectations in all aspects. I'd highly recommend Megan and Beyond The Box for your next event, they're a real professional team.

I ordered an Triple Pig sandwich and Mrs. Vicki's Jalapeno chips and didn't receive neither one. I ended up with a dry chicken sandwich and no chips. I definitely will NOT be ordering from BTB again would not recommend them either. -Temeshia

We've used BTBC twice for work and have been extremely pleased both times. The fact that we are ordering from someone who believes in sustainable and local food practices fits with our company's values. Add to that the wonderful selection and tastiness of the food and BTBC has become our go-to for all our catering needs. Their customer service is excellent. This last order I had to make changes last minute and they were able to accommodate. We've had their Cajun tilapia, chicken dishes and lunchboxes. Delivery has been prompt and set up has gone without issue. We're very pleased and looking forward to our next meal.
