The food was so amazing, exceeded our expectations. The Spicy Philly steak and grilled cheese pulled pork did not disappoint. Great flavor, not greasy and the perfect heat. The French fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside. The beverages were ice cold.

My son loved this place and told me to give it 5 stars. He ate his whole (adult sized) burger.

Our first time stopping here we had the pulled pork sandwiches and candied carrots, plus a drink. The meat was a bit dry and could've used more sauce (we probably could’ve asked), and the carrots were just okay. That said, we appreciated the veggie side options. Prices are what you'd expect for this area, and the menu is pretty broad with good kid-friendly picks like grilled cheese and PB&J. Seating can be a bit tricky since it's busy, but there are large tables next to the counter. Overall, it was fine to stop and try something.

Worst experience ever. Terrible cook a cashier was rude from moment I placed my order. 1 star is really too much for this place. Please avoid at all cost and save your money for these over priced burgers. You can get a better deal at McDonald's.

So glad I found this Dallas gem! Everything on the menu looked incredible but I was lucky to try their pork chop special which was cooked to perfection with a side of brussels. Rafael was so down to earth and we got to chatting about his local sourcing of meats (which is so important to me). This is a MUST TRY for people who love quality meat, good food, and a great person running the business. Thanks again!

Customers Beware. We visited for lunch today. I asked for a receipt and was told no and they’d just call my name. I thought it was strange. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes the girl asked what I ordered but didn’t seem to do anything about it. After another 10-15 minutes we asked where our meals were. They had no record of our meal. No name, told us no one ordered what we ordered and were very rude. We argued back and forth until I pulled up my credit card account on my phone. He then said well there is a total for this but there’s not order, I guess I’ll just have to take your word for it and refund you (still trying to make it sound like I made this whole thing up). He then refunded my card, I asked if I could have a receipt and they again told me no. I then had to call my bank to make sure I’m actually getting refunded. This definitely can’t be normal business practice.

I definitely feel humbled writing this review, as my wife highly suggested against coming here since she got food poisoning a few months back. I told her not to worry since maybe it was a random one off and decided to give it a second chance for us. Cut to now, 8 hours later in the middle of the night and I'm fighting for my life. I got the french dip with fries and I will say it was definitely pretty good! Maybe a bit expensive, but I understand they support local farmers which is worth the price imo. Looking at other comments, I am only seeing one or so comments mentioning buying expired meat so hopefully me and my wife getting sick on different occasions is just a weird coincidence. Either way, I would definitely suggest for the kitchen staff to take a second look at how they are preparing/storing their meat to ensure food safety. Service was alright, not super friendly but not poor either, which I can understand since it was a little later in the day on Halloween and folks are ready to go home. Overall, I really did like the food and will probably give it another chance in a few months. I'll update my review then and hopefully be able to share some better praise.
